Relaxing stay in Ouddorp
The house is in very well-maintained condition and even has 2 parking spaces. The large living/dining room with the panoramic sliding element to the garden immediately invited us to feel comfortable. Cooking in the perfectly and very well-equipped kitchen was also a lot of fun. All bedrooms as well as the kitchen and the living/dining room have electric shutters. Furthermore, a terrace covering is usable, for example, for storing bicycles or as a smoking area. The large sun terrace is equipped not only with sufficient seating but also with a stainless steel column grill. Another note, the additional second toilet was also positively noted for 4 people.
Surroundings:
We particularly liked the diverse but also varied cycling paths and the proximity to the beach.
Conclusion:
We really enjoyed our stay and would come back at any time.

Thoughtful, cozy holiday home
We spent a week during the Easter holidays with our three children in the beautiful house of the Rösen family and felt very comfortable there.
The furnishings are upscale and very clean; we found everything we needed there. Noteworthy is certainly the thoughtfully extensive kitchen equipment, which left no wishes unfulfilled and which we have rarely experienced before. Additionally, the holiday home is somewhat larger than typical Dutch houses, so we also had plenty of space indoors in the living area for playing, reading, and relaxing.
The bedrooms are friendly and functionally furnished, and a travel cot was already set up for our little daughter. Everywhere there are fly screens, and the windows can be properly darkened. Child-friendly dishes, games, and books also show that everyone is meant to feel comfortable here. Nevertheless, there is enough space for five people to unpack their suitcases and comfortably store everything in the cabinets. The possibility of using the washing machine is great with children. The garden is designed with artificial grass, making it easy to maintain, and after our initial brief irritation, we found it very pleasant to play outside with the children. One can also comfortably read a book there. The walk to the beach is easily done on foot, taking 15 minutes through the adjacent park to the sea. This is not a "quick" thing for small children, but it is manageable. Along the way and in the own park, there are playgrounds and opportunities for the children to let off steam. You can also take a nice walk into the village center. We can recommend the holiday home and can well imagine coming back.

Top holiday home in a quiet location
The house appealed to us at first sight. Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location in the park. Not to forget the good amenities such as media technology, kitchen utensils, and dishes. On the spacious terrace, it is also comfortable even in windy weather. The parking space in front of the house is suitable for 2 cars.
The covered area by the kitchen is well-suited for securely storing bicycles in the rain. The access to the garden area is barrier-free. We were able to reach the town center easily by bike via the bike paths.
We would love to come by again in the next few years.
