Rated 4 stars as "furnished tourism accommodation" since 2005. The ancients named this place "Ranc de figère", "the planted or fixed rocks" in Provençal, as Neolithic men lived here and left the mysterious traces of their presence. Streams, rocks, and scrubland still whisper their dreams to us. Come and discover this atmosphere and this large home, in Provencal Ardèche near the picturesque village of Labeaume, its gorges and a few kilometers from the Chauvet cave. You will find space, comfort, and sports activities in the calm of the scrubland and karst plateaus.
Independent house on 3500 m² in the middle of a scrubland and rock environment. Access is via a small country road. The parking is private.
A 70m2 panoramic terrace, shaded by an extension and an automatic awning with an anemometer, overlooks the Ardèche plateau. A 70m² deck surrounds the infinity pool (10m x 6.5m) which is secured. A shaded summer living room overlooks the pool.
A game room with table tennis and a boules court and a closed garage are at your disposal.

Located between the picturesque village of Labeaume and Ruoms, at 800 m from the Beaume gorges and kilometers from the Ruoms Gorge, 10 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc (with its wonderfull canyons and the paleolithique cave "Chauvet") and not far from the Chassezac canyon .80 km from Avignon and Nimes. Large choice of paths ideal for walking, hiking or mountain-biking.
The house is built on the megalithic necropolis of the “Ranc de Figère”,
300 m from the dolmens circuit and 800 m from the Beaume gorges and their beaches.

Relaxation holiday
We were very satisfied. Had a nice holiday with five people in the tastefully furnished house. The contact with the landlord, as well as with the people on site, was very nice. If something was not right, it was taken care of immediately. We also found a welcome wine in the fridge, thank you again for that.
If you love nature, this is the right place. The location is ideal as a starting point for various excursions. The only minor downside is that the WiFi does not reach the pool, but that is complaining at a high level and probably bothered the youth more than us ;-)
We like to think back often to our first holiday in France.

Large comfortable house
We felt very comfortable with our large family (9 people) in this comfortable house. We especially liked the covered terrace and the chilly pool. There are many leisure activities. For example, you can walk directly from the house on the Dolmen hiking trail. The contact with Richard was very friendly.

Highly recommended
We stayed with five motorbikes for a week in this very beautiful property. We were particularly impressed by the very large garage.
From Ruoms you can start wonderful tours, the service around the house is very friendly and uncomplicated. The village is easy to reach on foot (20 min.) and has a lot of gastronomy, by motorbike you can reach a Centre Comercial in 10 min.

Beautiful family holiday
We - 2 families with a total of 4 children - spent a wonderful, relaxing holiday week in this very well-equipped holiday home. The house was very well maintained, the leisure facilities with pool, table tennis, table football, and boules court were also very extensive for the older children. The children loved playing in the adventurous garden. The area has a lot to offer with paddling on the Ardeche, swimming in Ardeche and Beaume, and many interesting museums, as well as visits to charming small towns like Ruomes. The contact with the landlord was very uncomplicated and friendly. We will come back!

The house is a dream !!!
The house is a dream. We went there for the first time after friends recommended it to us. It is situated in a fabulous landscape. All around are dolmens, thousands of years old grave monuments from the Stone Age! Just like that - among the bushes. If you love the south, but at the same time also the peace and seclusion, you can find yourself here
The village is - we have known southern France for over thirty years - one of the most picturesque we have seen on our travels. You can eat well there, wander through narrow streets and linger down by the little river, which is crossed by an old stone bridge without railings. A journey into another time.
The pool at the house always offers cooling when it gets too hot.
I was most taken with the interior of the house: it is very tastefully furnished. The owner seems to be a real artist. I especially liked what he did with stones, tiles and pictures. It creates a spacious, stimulating and relaxing atmosphere
Both landlords are totally friendly, open, helpful and happy to give information and tips on what to do in the area. They are always ready for a chat - even if you don't speak French. You can get along fine with English
We will return to the peace and tranquillity of this well-kept house as soon as we can
