Višnjan. The villa is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our Villa Oaza is the perfect choice if you want to spend your vacation in Istria and are looking for accommodation near the sea.

The villa is located on the west coast of Istria, in the municipality of Tar-Vabriga, approximately halfway between the towns of Poreč and Novigrad. The location in a charming place in a characteristic Istrian style is ideal for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation and would like to avoid the crowds of tourists. But those who are looking for variety and adventure will also get their money's worth here. All around there are countless recreational opportunities on land and water such as cycling, hiking, tennis, golfing, horseback riding, diving, windsurfing, water skiing and sailing.
For those interested in culture there are about 10 minutes drive away in Poreč and Novigrad, a number of museums, galleries and sights as well as numerous events and concerts.
In addition, the region impresses with its culinary wealth of local cuisine. In the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance there are already some excellent restaurants to discover The access goes via a side road (asphalted).
