Description
On 2 floors, the individually and modernly furnished holiday home offers space for up to 12 people. It is located in a quiet side street near the market square of Hettstedt. Shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. Behind the house is a large courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue for your sole use. There are 6 parking spaces available in an adjacent, enclosed backyard.
Room No. 1: The spacious room has a double bed and a sofa corner. It offers enough space for a baby cot (70cmx140cm), which we are happy to provide if required. There is an additional connecting door to bedroom 4.
Room No. 2: This spacious room has a double bed and a sofa corner.
Room No. 3: The double room with sofa corner offers an additional third bed in an adjacent room, ideal for a family with a child.
Room no. 4: This room has 2 single beds. There is an additional connecting door to bedroom 1.
Room No. 5: This double room has its own bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Room no. 6: The small single room is located on the ground floor.
The large dining room on the ground floor offers enough space for 12 people to get together in a cosy atmosphere. A small living room with TV and sofa corner is directly adjacent
The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a table and 2 chairs. The following appliances are available:
- Cooker, oven and extractor hood
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator
- Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric universal cutter
Another small fridge is in the utility room. Sufficient kitchen utensils for 12 people are available (pots, pans,

There are 3 modern and high-quality bathrooms in the house, each equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. Enough storage space and towel rails are available. In addition, the house has 2 WCs with washbasins.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the centre of Hettstedt in a quiet side street, only a few minutes' walk from the market square. Various smaller shops, bakers, butchers and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. A popular Greek restaurant is within sight. The outdoor swimming pool is about 1 km away. There is a very good, direct train connection from Hettstedt to Magdeburg and Erfurt.

it was a great, much too short time (4 days were really too short to be able to take everything cultural with us) that we were allowed to be in your holiday home!
The house is so tastefully and well furnished, so positive and very clean, we felt very comfortable!
I will gladly recommend your house to others, it was really nice to stay there!

Family holiday
