Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. The whirlpool is suitable for 5 people and the sauna is suitable for 2 people.

Location
Drenje. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST LAB 074, 077 and 078 each for 5 persons, IST LAB 075 (4 persons) and IST LAB 076 (2 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).

Sauna and whirlpool.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Distances
Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 500 m, town centre 10 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 10 km in Labin. In summer: Adriatic 1000 m in Ravni (beach 1.7 km in Ravni with pebbles). Horse riding in Labin 10 km. Tennis, mini-golf each 10 km in Rabac. Diving, boat rental each 1500 m in Sv Marina.

Room
The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on a couch/sofa, TV, dining area and access to the balcony (8 sqm, garden furniture, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

A great facility.
The apartment was clean and tidy. Basically everything you need was there.
Unfortunately our toaster was broken and a pan was missing.
Lara replaced it immediately and without any hassle.
We had a great time, we would love to go back.
