Location and surroundings of object
Our ‘New Fisherman’s House’ has been rebuilt in the style that is characteristic of fisherman’s houses in Zandvoort: white plastered, timber ceiling, wooden floors. There are folding doors and large windows on both sides, so that the house is light and spacious. From the sunny garden you have a lovely view of a quiet courtyard.
There is a large living/dining room with modern, fully equipped open kitchen downstairs, and upstairs you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a television and a double bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed which can be separated). An extra bed for a baby or toddler is available. Modern bathroom with shower and second toilet is situated between the sleeping rooms.
The house has been recently completely reconstructed and is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern conveniences including free WIFI, cable television, tumble dryer, freezer, BBQ, garden furniture and so on and so forth.

However the boulevard and the cosy centre with all the shops (including fresh bakeries and 3 supermarkets), pavement café’s, restaurants and public utilities is only 200 yards from the house, silence regains in our pittoresque little street with her white plastered houses and hardly no traffic at all. The beach is a two- minute-walk and when you like riding a bike the National Park of the Kennemerdunes offers you great tracks within a mile.
The train to Haarlem (10 min.), Amsterdam (30 min.) and Schiphol leaves every half an hour from the nearby (5 min.) railway station. From the bus station (2 min.) busses will bring you fast and easily to Bloemendaal Beach, Haarlem (CS), Heemstede (CS), Schiphol and Amsterdam.

charming location in heart of Zandvoort
The fishermans house is ideally for 4 travellers as 2 bedrooms are provided. The separate toilet on ground floor is the add-on to the bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs. Consider there is a staircase which might be inconvenient for somehow limited or handicapted travellers. The little terrace is wonderful. The neighbourhood is silent, but always consider that sea gulls are not the most silent birds, plus by night some people might stroll the aisles when coming home. - We were warmly welcomed by the agent. We cherished the well-equipped kitchen and recommend the venue by 100%.

Beautiful holiday home in the best location
Our stay here was very nice. We were here as a group of four (2 couples). The communication beforehand was very good, every question was answered, and Ms. Visscher was always available and very, very friendly. The house was very clean and ideally located. Just 3 minutes to the beach and about 3 minutes to the center of Zandvoort is perfect. The house is situated in a quiet area yet central. The train station is also about a 10-minute walk from the house, and you can comfortably reach Amsterdam in 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily come back.

Ausgezeichnetes Ferienhaus
We had a wonderful week by the sea. The beautiful vacation house has a great location. You are at the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants within 2-3 minutes. Everything you need! The vacation house was exceptionally clean, has everything you need, and not to forget, the lovely Mrs. Visscher! A kind soul, super sweet, and always available. We will definitely come back!

Great house and excellent support in Zandvoort!!!
The house is hidden and yet centrally located.
If you don't pay attention to the seagulls, it's also very quiet.
In two minutes, you are in the small center with a bakery (delicious rolls and cakes), cafes, and other shopping options, as well as nice shops to stroll in.
The beach is very nice and just a few minutes' walk away.
There are also many beach pavilions that invite you to linger and enjoy.
The prices are moderate. At the snack stands, there is delicious kibbeling, the portion for 7.00 euros, with fries 9.00 euros, very tasty!
The amenities of the house are sufficient for 4 people. Particularly worth mentioning is the hot water tap in the kitchen, a brilliant device for making coffee quickly!
Everything was clean and the contact with Janneke was great. She is very kind and always attentive to the guests. The car cannot be parked directly at the house and must be taken to a public parking lot. (Unloading luggage at the house is possible.) The weekly ticket costs 35 euros here! The parking lot is definitely a 20-minute walk away from the house; you rely on the car and at least get some exercise every day. With the weekly ticket, you can enter and exit the parking lot as you please. The flowers in the small courtyard, with a nice seating area, we liked to water; it's very cozy to sit here.
When the sun is shining, there is also a sunshade.
However, the wicker chairs should be replaced; we found them not very comfortable, but that's a matter of personal taste.
There are also folding chairs available! Especially with the e-bike, the nearby national park can be wonderfully explored; beautiful landscapes and fresh air that smells of flowers can be found here.
Haarlem is not far away, and Amsterdam can be easily reached by train.
All in all, excellent conditions for a lovely time... it was a great vacation!
