There was no information about the key handover; only after a call to the landlord did we find the key. The windows on the side by the neighbor can only be tilted, also no info on that. The neighbor came over very angrily on Sunday at 7 AM because we had one window completely open at night, which was necessary with over 30°C in the room. Everything was also not particularly clean, especially the mold in the showers is not great. There was also no information that there is a construction site in front of the property and that it can be passed through. In the pictures, a climbing frame is visible, which is not present.
