A nice apartment, ideal for exploring the region as a family or with friends. We are very warmly by the owner, Herman. The house is equipped with every luxury. The kitchen is better equipped than this at our home so everything is there. The rest of the house is very spacious. The cozy terrace at the front of the house was really a plus. We had to take the happiness of a sunny week and then every night ate out and drank a glass. If you like biking or walking the hilly countryside of the Voerstreek ideal to resist sentences.

Made a visit to Aachen and Maastricht and walked over St. Peter. We also went for a day to Dinant by cable car up to the Citadel (view!) And then underground with a tour of the cave. The arrival went smoothly. Pre-arranged with owner for key and arrival time. The accommodation is very spacious and very cozy and comfortably furnished. The two terraces are super. an aperitif or a cappuccino taste even more delicious in the sun of the Voer region with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped and we could fully enjoy ourselves with the gas burners and ovens, especially because in Aubel (very close) all fresh products on the market (twice a week) or in the store were available. The house is ideally situated for walks and fun trips. In the evening we could enjoy a nice CD, or a nice movie or play full with the board games that were available from the owner.He really top! That way we felt even more "at home." From the house you immediately connected to the hiking network and you can also cycle (if your fitness top is natural) We had a very nice week of Easter holidays and we will definitely come back to try out the rest of our hiking trails.

In 2019 we were enthusiastic about our stay at The old lemonade factory. That is why we already knew the house with its comfort and charm in a beautiful environment. The region is beautiful, many walking and cycling opportunities. Who likes culture and cozy villages or cities can go in all directions. It is nice to sit on the terrace. It does not matter that there is no garden. Within walking distance you will find the Commanderie 7 (trout nursery) and De Cantarel for those who want to put their feet under the table. It is easy to contact the owner, he is flexible and ready to listen (because of corona this year by mail / telephone, last year personally). Already booked for 2021!

Lovely house, and beautifully situated in a beautiful walking area. Really recommended! The welcome was warm, and the house attractive and comfortable. We made a few beautiful walks from the house, visited Maastricht and Valkenburg (cave biking is highly recommended!) And even cycled a bit (tough with a city bike!). Only downside we found one of the double beds that has a hard mattress. A topper (does have the other double bed) would remedy that discomfort.

Everything and I mean everything has been taken by the owner. The house feels like a home where you are very welcome despite being rental. Also thanks Belvilla who checks in all their homes. I rent for years through this organization I had a very successful week. Thanks to all well, owners as a cleaner W. Aubel has a lovely area for walking and cycling. With two couples to the border region. For my husband and I's first time in this region. cold and foggy outside, inside warm and comfortable. The Voerstreek proved to be a wonderful base for hiking, cycling and jogging tours. By car we could the High Fens, Monschau, Aachen reached within three minutes. We made a few beautiful walks from the house, visited Maastricht and Valkenburg (cave biking is highly recommended!) And even cycled a bit (tough with a city bike!). Only downside we found one of the double beds that has a hard mattress. A topper (does have the other double bed) would remedy that discomfort.

We had a very good time in this spacious house, with luxury items and a very good choice and fitted bathroom. the owner was very smooth. And then we had another unexpected above 20 degrees in the autumn.

Despite bad weather, nice week thanks very comfortable house where we really felt at home. Also good location with regard to exploring Maastricht and Liège. Tip rent Vespa, very nice day trip made dry day.

We had a wonderful week! In the dark we found the house directly, but once we arrived we were kindly received by Wendy.Dankzij the great kitchen, good beds and extensive bathroom are we all settled down with our son 7 months! From the border region there are, on not too long distance, plenty of opportunities for trips and beautiful wandelingen.We just have never found the said chair, but we have also not actively contacted by phone.

With two couples to the border region. For my husband and I's first time in this region. cold and foggy outside, inside warm and comfortable. The sources hike despite the fog over the effort to do so. You must make sure that your shoes mud resistant. Aubel with its lively Sunday market, the Abbey of Val-Dieu, Monchau, Maastricht are all in the immediate vicinity. Good beds, a modern kitchen, a nice bathroom, a fireplace with plenty of wood available, and certainly the big box of books and films ... All things that made sure we felt at home immediately. The cottage was very late and we were warmly welcomed and shown around. We would still like to come back in the summer.
