Villa Stefanja is located in the Istrian village Galižana.
This 4-bedroom house is located in the south of Istria, 5 km from Pula.
Only a 5 km drive is needed to the first beach "Fažana".
The private, heated pool of 33 m2 is located in the fenced yard. On the covered terrace, there is an outdoor table with 8 seats. Gas-barbecue is featured.
Villa Stefanja is a spacious modern house that offers 174 m2 of living space.
The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, and one bathroom.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and a satellite TV.
Three bedrooms have access to a balcony that offers a beautiful view of the Brijuni National Park.
You can play table tennis in the courtyard.
A high chair and a cot are available for families with children.

"Villa Stefanja is located in the Istrian village of Galižana, away from the noise and crowds, 5 km from the city of Pula.
The town of Vodnjan is 1 km away from the villa.
A shop and a restaurant are 1 km away, and the first beach "Fažana" is 5 km from the property.
The tourist towns of Pula and Poreč are 8 km and 44 km away.
In Pula you can visit the Roman amphitheater "Arena", which is the largest preserved ancient monument in Croatia.
From Fažana, which is only 5 km away from your accommodation, there is the possibility of a boat ride to the Brijuni National Park.
Cape Kamenjak is a world-famous nature park, 10 km from Pula, where you have the opportunity to walk educational and recreational trails. Life-size dinosaur sculptures have been set up along the trail. Lonely Planet has included Cape Kamenjak in the top 10 hidden natural beaches for 2011.
The ranch with horses "Barba Tone" in Manjadvorci is 18 km away from the villa.
In Poreč is the Euphrasian Basilica, which is under the protection of UNESCO, certainly a must- see."

A great family vacation
We had a great family vacation in Villa Stefanja, even with a little dog for a change.
The villa is top equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, from board games to a music box or an ice cube machine in the refrigerator.
Even a pool service comes every 2-3 days, which checks the quality of the water.
The landlord or caretaker of the villa is super friendly and was always available to help us with any question or matter and provided us with tips for our vacation.
The location is okay, but one should be aware that larger shops or the beach are not within walking distance.
The only tip we would give is to install mosquito nets on the bedroom windows and doors, as the mosquitoes are very annoying.
All in all, it was a successful vacation with our family!
