We welcome you to our ausZeit holiday flat, which is situated on a sunny south-facing slope in a wonderful panoramic location in Lichtenstein on the edge of the Swabian Alb biosphere area.
You will stay in our beautiful holiday flat, which we have furnished lovingly, modernly and completely.
The combined living-bedroom is modernly furnished and offers a lot of comfort and space for our guests.
In addition to free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV is also available
The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, sufficient dishes and a coffee machine
The bathroom with its modern equipment invites you to feel good
In our holiday flat, only parquet floors and tiles were laid, which makes it particularly friendly for all allergy sufferers.
The beautiful location on the edge of the biosphere and nature reserve will inspire you.

Everything is fine.
We are here for the second time (October 6 - October 12) because we like it very much. High-quality furnishings with inventory, dishes, and cutlery. Everything is available. Thank you very much.

TOP - Holiday apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village.
Very nice, clean, comfortable holiday apartment in a small residential area at the edge of the forest.
The photos in the ad clearly show how tastefully and with attention to detail the apartment is furnished. (We especially liked the new bathroom).
Due to its location in the basement, the apartment is pleasantly cool in summer. Additionally, you can sit outside in the sun and enjoy the well-maintained garden.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, everything important is available, everything looks very well-maintained.
Numerous excursion destinations in the area are within easy reach.
The Metz family welcomed us warmly. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.
