Road trip stop with friends. The pool was seriously refreshing after walking forest trails nearby. We also enjoyed evenings playing darts while someone manned the small bar area,it made hanging out easy without needing to leave much. The location offered great access to outdoor activities and peaceful surroundings that enhanced our stay.

The area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Getting around solo was easy with plenty of local spots within a short drive. The pool and games lounge kept everyone entertained, while having modern kitchen tools made cooking straightforward. Very nice holiday destination! Just a few points. The terrace by the pool is broken or uneven in some places, especially for the kids. The lamp in the bathroom doesn't work either. The cleaning could be a bit better, there are spider webs everywhere and the window facing outside was very dirty. Also, the door sticks in the downstairs toilet. Other than that, we had a very nice holiday here at the villa! Definitely worth repeating!

We arrived late and the check-in took less than two minutes. It was noticeable how fresh everything smelled upon arrival, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen had all the basic ingredients, making it easy to cook in the evenings after exploring nearby villages. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations for this price, especially the jacuzzi compared to other vacation rentals. The pool area was clean and cozy, and there were plenty of games inside for children and adults.

A very pleasant house, very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Superb pool with views. A highly appreciated play area full of equipment to entertain everyone. We enjoyed the spa and the terrace perfect for all meals in the sun. Great holidays in nature and charming owners who welcomed us warmly.

Typical French house. The surroundings are beautiful, Chateau Hautefort is amazing. By French standards, it is a modern house. Points of attention are the relatively small beds and the fact that the view at the back is somewhat affected by a shed.
