The holiday house is located in a dead end street without through traffic. From the terrace you enjoy the sea view and on the mainland with the Biokovo mountains. About an external staircase you reach the 1 floor with kitchen-living room, bathroom / WC and 2 x bedroom. on the ground floor open kitchen, living room, bathroom / WC 1 x bedroom and dining area.
All windows or terrace doors are equipped with fly screens.
In the outside area with pool 7 x 3.50 m and depth of 1.50 m, deck chairs, spacious covered dining area and outdoor kitchen. In front of the house are 2 parking spaces.
The two kitchens are equipped as follows: Filter coffee machine,toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, crockery, glasses, pots , cutlery and other small items.
Terrace: 1 floor table with seating for 6
Bedroom: 3 x double bed 200 x 160 cm, wardrobe, shelves by the bed or drawers.
Wi-Fi is available everywhere including the pool area.

The accommodation is located in the oldest place on the island of Brac, "Skrip". Prehistoric walls, numerous archaeological finds, sarcophagi and reliefs testify to the long history of the place. In the fortress Radojkovic is the museum of the island Brac. Nearby is also the Olive Oil Museum. In picturesque Splitska 3 km away, in the harbour, there are restaurants and cafes with Dalmatian cuisine and a beautiful view of the mainland. The first bathing beach is also 3 km away.
In Supetar, 9 km away, there are several large supermarkets and other shops for daily life. In Supetar there are also numerous cosy restaurants. From June to September there are numerous concerts and folklore evenings
How to get there:
A short ferry crossing (55 min) from Split to Supetar and you have reached the beautiful island of Brac. The ferry runs 12 - 14 times a day, depending on the season.
Arrived with the ferry, you reach after 9 km and a travel time of approx. 15 min. the holiday house.
The ferry is also perfect for a trip to Split. After a short walk from the ferry dock, you reach after about 500 m, the Riva and the beautiful old town, with the Diocletian's Palace (World Heritage)
The island of Brac is also very suitable for hiking on the 778 m high Vidova Gora from which you have a fantastic view of the island of Hvar and the Golden Horn in Bol.
Throughout the island there are numerous good konobas to stop and enjoy the Dalmatian cuisine.
