Since I have been using this apartment as a vacation rental for many years, I can allow myself to make a judgment about it. It is rented out based on substance. I pointed out three years ago that the terrace needs to be cleaned. The terrace table is broken. The chairs in the apartment are all stained and worn out. Furthermore, the door handle to the terrace was missing, so you could only use two other doors. The complaint about the deficiencies was responded to quickly. Coffee machine broken, kettle broken! Laundry package defective. Therefore, after seven years, I will not rent this apartment for the next year. For €2100, one can certainly expect the owner to take care of their property. Too bad! The facility is otherwise fantastic.
