Description
This beautiful villa is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, between Moraira and Javea, in Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol, in the zone Kalmias.
The house is on ground level and has no stairs. Apartment and pool are on one level. Villa Jasmin is also well suited for people with walking difficulties.
The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one ensuite. Large, light-flooded living-dining room and open kitchen. This area is on the side by the pool ( 8 m x 4 m) and terrace with views to the sea, Bernia and Calpe, Peñon de Ifach. From the living-dining room you have access to the pool. At the pool there is a shower where you can refresh yourself in between. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities such as, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric cooker and plate, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
One bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and double bed (180 x 190), is also on the side facing the pool and has a door to the terrace.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (80 x 190).
The living room has a stereo and internet capable flat screen TV, the router is also in the living room.
The pool is 8 x 4 m and has a very nice shower. Part of the terrace is covered and glazed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with fruit trees such as fig, nisperos, oranges.
At the house there is a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, tables and chairs for the terrace and garden.
The carport offers space for 2 cars.
About 3.000 m from the house we have a Pepe la Sal supermarket, a kitchen restaurant and typical Spanish cuisine. The supermarket Aldi, Mercadona, Mas and Mas is 3 km away.
We have a riding club in the sun, the popular Cala Moraira and Benitachell is a beach in Pierre (By car about 3 minutes), a vehicle is necessary. In the area of Javea and Moraira (4-7 km) we have sandy beaches, diving clubs, golf courses and various stays.

Location and surroundings of object
The small Spanish village of Benitachell, with its approximately 6,000 inhabitants, is located in the coastal interior. The surroundings of the beautiful village center is still characterized by an extensive and typical agriculture. This includes, for example, viticulture and orchards with oranges, lemons, almonds or olives
Benitachell has a 2km long varied cliff coastline with a pebble beach, coves, grottos and the adjacent beautiful nature reserve of the town of Javea
It is on this coastline that the Cumbre del Sol settlement is located. The settlement bears this name because it was built on a mountain. This location provides all residents and visitors of the village with a fantastic panoramic view of the surroundings.
Since this year there is the English private school Sta. Ma. Magdalena. There are also restaurants, a hairdresser, a hardware store, a pharmacy and a supermarket
To the neighbouring towns Javea, Moraira, Benissa and Teulada you need about 10 minutes. The two closest golf courses in Javea (9 hole course) and Benissa (9 hole course) are also within easy reach.
The best way to get to Benitachell is via the AP7 / E15 motorway or the N-332 national road. 90 km to Alicante airport and 110 km to Valencia airport.
