A pretty abode which makes for the perfect base to explore Malmedy in the Liège region and welcomes a large family or a group of friends to enjoy a gala time here. Wij hadden 3 jaar op rij hetzelfde huis geboekt, zeer tevreden !!! Weinig tevreden over de organisatie, één dag te laat betaald omdat mijn man onverwacht werd gehospitaliseerd, zeker 7 verschillende mensen aan de lijn gehad met lange wachttijden en slechte verbinding .. dat dit niet anders kon opgelost worden dan nieuwe boeking mét bijbetaling van +/- 250€ voor hetzelfde huis ! Ik heb naar de eigenaars gebeld omdat één van jullie medewerkers zei dat het de fout was van de eigenaars >>> helemaal niet, in tegendeel supervriendelijke mensen !!! Ik vrees dat ik voor belle villa nog weinig reclame ga maken .. jammer want de huizen zijn ok, alleen jullie organisatie vind ik niet ok vriendelijke groeten, Christel

Very good location! Beautiful environment. Good reception by a lovely lady (also available) and on departure by the nice cleaning lady. Quiet neighbors (permanent residents). You are not allowed on the boardwalks with your dog! First go to "la maison du parc Botrange, for a map with wooden paths. Baker in ) Large enclosed garden (although the gate is quite...) be careful with your dog. From the tiled terrace it is quite steep to the garden, but you can go around. Spacious garage. Spacious, large house, new elongated beautiful wooden dining table for 12. The leather lounge needs to be replaced (sags a lot). Shower rooms (1 with extra bath, 1 with washing machine and dryer), a total of 3 toilets. Mattresses are reasonable. The bedding smelled fresh. Very clean house! Tip: bring extra bath mats and foot mats for the doors. Had a very nice, quiet holiday in October 2023 with our dog. We will definitely come back again. (you can book it with price difference: 12pers or 8pers, look carefully at Belvilla...)
