We had an incredibly nice time here with two families. The accommodation is a good place for a larger group: there is enough space and there are sufficient refrigerators, cutlery, and various kitchen utensils. There were also herbs available, which was very handy. We especially enjoyed the large table, where we could eat and be together in a cozy way. On the last day, we smelled a little smoke from the fire in the High Fens outside, but we didn't have any trouble with it here. The communication with the lady was also very pleasant. She responded quickly and was helpful when we needed something. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to larger groups!

Beautiful house for a group of 10 in a beautiful place! The tables are nice and big and the house just feels very cozy. A very extensive kitchen with everything you need. The host was also very easy to contact via email and quick to respond as well. Unfortunately, watching a movie with all of us on the couch was not possible with 10 of us. The doors of the WCs could not be locked and the lamp in the downstairs bedroom is still broken. We also found it a little less to bring your own bed linen. But overall we really enjoyed it!

The floors, bathrooms, and furniture were also tidy and clean upon our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. However, some things slightly marred our impression. Unfortunately, the dishes and cutlery were not clean upon our arrival – although this could be resolved with a dishwasher cycle, it should have been noticed during the final cleaning. The armchairs in the living area have seen better days and were not inviting for sitting. The mattresses also showed significant signs of wear, which affected the sleeping comfort – a replacement would definitely be advisable here. In the outdoor area, we would have liked more garden furniture to be able to sit outside together in good weather. A grill was unfortunately not available, which would have been nice for a holiday apartment of this size and equipment. Additionally, we would have appreciated a brief overview of waste separation and an explanation of the Wi-Fi usage – both were missing and would have made orientation easier. We would like to highlight the good communication – both with the booking platform and with the landlord, who was friendly and accessible. With a few improvements, this accommodation would truly be top-notch!

The holiday home was exactly what we needed for a quiet retreat. It was great to have a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. We used the nearby hiking trails and even visited the Malmundarium, which was fun. Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay.

The cottage was located on a very busy street that was also the access to the adjacent village of our village. The house itself was ok, only the garden (located on the side of the busy street) was fairly wild. The rooms in the house were ok, good beds are also available.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting. We were a group of 10 and had a great time here. Enough seating places everywhere, fully equipped and good beds. A number of hiking trails start from the house so you can go on the road without having to leave by car first. Recommended

The location is beautiful and offers plenty of space. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is welcoming. There are enough parking spaces available. The restrooms are in good condition.

Our stay was very pleasant. The highlight for us was the serene environment and the beautiful terrace where we spent time barbecuing. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms modern and clean. I would definitely return for another relaxing weekend!

Cars can be parked on our own closed grounds. A short distance from Malmedy where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and terraces. The house was not very clean, especially the kitchen. However, once notified, the owner immediately took steps to fix the inconvenience.

The photos on the site do not correspond to the current state of the house: ruined walls, unstable ladder rung, non-working lamp in one bedroom.

The cottage was very dirty. We had to clean everything ourselves first. No normal pans for baking or cooking. Everything needs to be replaced. Everything is baking.

No lock on the door.

Washbasins do not empty.

You can not shower or use the tap because then you have cold water.

Cutlery is very messy

Beautiful house for a group of 10 in a beautiful place! The tables are nice and big and the house just feels very cozy. A very extensive kitchen with everything you need. The host was also very easy to contact via email and quick to respond as well. Unfortunately, watching a movie with all of us on the couch was not possible with 10 of us. The doors of the WCs could not be locked and the lamp in the downstairs bedroom is still broken. We also found it a little less to bring your own bed linen. But overall we really enjoyed it!

We enjoyed your holiday home ... only we regretted that there was no Christmas tree present ... that would have finished the stay. We always rent a house a week before Christmas to stay with our whole family...so this time there was no tree. Maybe little hint for next year...
