The 74 m² holiday apartment has been completely renovated and can be reached via the historic staircase (no elevator). It offers high-quality equipment with a new fitted kitchen including all household appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave and modern bathroom. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, with antique individual pieces giving a special touch. The apartment has a separate Bedroom and 2 beds in the open gallery that has been moved upstairs. Of course, WLAN and satellite TV are included. For bookings of less than 5 nights, a short-term surcharge of €70 is due upon arrival
