In complete surroundings and the shortest distance to the best sandy beach at Sjelborg, you will find this architect-designed and carefully thought-out cottage with comfort and luxury in mind. Here, among other things. the electric awning is emphasized, which extends the living space of the house to a beautiful, covered outdoor space. The carefully selected and specially imported paving stones that follow the house around are another delicious detail. The house has two bedrooms with private bath and toilet connected to the two bedrooms, of which one bedroom and bath are in the heated annex of the house. The kitchen and living room are in an open connection and the experience of quality is supported by the implemented details in the interior, such as the wall-mounted wood-burning stove, the good furniture and the sloping ceiling. The house was built in 2013, well maintained and uses geothermal heat, solar energy and also has air / air heat pumps. The house and the terraces are completely undisturbed for views from the surroundings to three sides. On the open part of the plot, where there is a private green area, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy the view of other green surroundings and a small lake, while you can follow the traffic to and from the area. The house is located next to a cozy gravel road that leads directly down to the wide sandy beach and the rolling water. In fresh weather, windsurfers are attracted, and you will also be able to experience kayaking at the beach. You can walk or cycle in the nearby Marbæk plantation, where you will also find one of Denmark's best golf courses. Not for rent to youth groups.

  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The entrance gate was closed when we arrived, the code number was not provided to us. After a 5-hour drive, this was quite a shock. We were allowed to pass through the hedge to the house and at least enter the house. Then we tried to hoist our luggage from the road in front of the house over the fence. Unfortunately, this was not possible, as other arrivals wanted to use the path. We had to use the neighbor's driveway instead. While unloading, the neighbor also arrived. Fortunately, he was patient and gave us time to drag our things to the fence, hoist them over, and unload them. The neighbor opposite had finished his garden work, so we now had the opportunity to park our car opposite the entrance gate.

Unfortunately, this was not possible as other arriving guests wanted to use the path. We had to use the neighbor's driveway instead. While unloading, the neighbor also arrived. Fortunately, he was patient and gave us time to haul our stuff to the fence, heave it over, and then unload it. The neighbor from across the street had finished his gardening, so we now had the opportunity to park our car across the driveway.
