This semi-detached house is located just a few hundred meters from the child-friendly free beach at Balatonmáriafürdő. One of the walls is joined together, but it's as if they are separate houses. Its pretty courtyard is surrounded by a fence and an ornate gate. The garden seating area is very inviting. This coast is excellently suited for this sport. The house is spacious, the decor friendly and comfortable, the windows are protected by shutters and mosquito nets. There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a functionally furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as free internet access. A powerful air conditioning system ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the house in hot weather.

A small, clean house dog is available upon request and for a fee.

For active holidays on the nearby Balaton Cycle Path, you can cycle in all directions to explore the natural beauty of the area or the beaches of the nearby settlements. It is worth visiting the Festetics Castle in Keszthely, the unique natural formation, Lake Hévíz or the famous big market in Fonyód. One of the most popular free beaches of Balatonmáriafürdő is near the harbour and the house is very close to it. The Bernáth-Aurél promenade next to the harbour ends at the pier, which stretches long into Lake Balaton. The footpath by the pier offers pleasant walking, sightseeing and fishing opportunities. There are always many events under the shady trees of the promenade. From here there is a breathtaking view at any time of the year
