Description

The detached holiday home 100 sqm with terrace, lawn and its fenced plot in southern exposure offers an optimal basis for a relaxing holiday.
The quietness at night and good starting position for sightseeing are ideal to relax with the family.
In our large living room there is enough space to read, watch satellite TV or play with your loved ones.
In the well-equipped kitchen with 4 plate cooker, microwave, coffee maker, egg boiler, dishwasher etc. everything is available to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In the separate room there is a washing machine and dryer to quickly do the laundry in between,
There is room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds.
Next to the newly renovated bathroom with shower and washbasin, there is a separate toilet in the same room.

House Gisela is worth it.

The house was clean, also the bedcovers/pillows had no stains or anything like that. In the kitchen, everything you need is there. Only the coffee machine was cleaned and descaled by us. The garden was optimal for our dog. The only room where the washing machine is located is heavily soiled. To use the washing machine, you had to first remove the chairs in front of it; the space is quite tight, and as mentioned, it could also be swept. Nevertheless, this house can be recommended; we had nice days.

Nice little house, great vacation!

We were very satisfied in House Gisela. Everything needed is available. The house is super cozy :) Mr. Pistono is always reachable and a super great landlord. The park is beautiful, with a swimming pool, playground, and much more. The beach is absolutely recommendable. We were very sad when we left. We could have stayed there for another three weeks because it just fit. Overall happy, we would visit House Gisela again.

Cozy holiday home in top location

The house is well-kept and clean and ideally located within the complex for families with a dog. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back next year.
The only downside is that one room in the attic has no door.

Super holiday apartment!

We felt very comfortable from the very first second. We arrived with 4 (small) children and there was enough space for everyone. The house was clean and very well equipped! We will definitely come back again.

Cosy holiday home in an ideal location

Beautifully furnished holiday home in a quiet holiday park. The completely secluded garden gives you privacy. The house has everything you need, including information material about the region and games for rainy evenings. The flat, wide sandy beach, where you can walk for kilometres, is about 10 minutes away. The location of the house is also ideal for excursions along the entire coast. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also within walking distance. We had a very good rest.

In summer, it might be quite nice.

The house is quite nice; you can reach the great beach or the city in a few minutes. However, the house is not recommended at all for the cold season. The house is heated only with electricity - ecologically and economically borderline. The upper "bedrooms" (two single beds are basically in the gallery of the converted attic) have no heating. The house is extremely noisy - I could watch TV in the evening (a whole three! I can understand every word of my daughter in the bedroom above (German programs). The bathroom has been newly tiled - but in winter, it is also an ordeal. Heated only with an electric infrared heater, showering in the morning is a sporting challenge. In the living room, there is a cast-iron stove - that's why I brought some packages of wood briquettes. This made the house somewhat livably warm. Without this additional heating, I would have paid more for 4 overnight stays in electricity than I do at home for an entire month (day and night electricity is billed at the same flat rate). Really annoying: In the kitchen area and in the hallway, there was a thick and wide water damage on the wall. The plaster had swollen several centimeters into the room, and it smelled musty. The rest briefly: Communication to the landlord - the response was shocking! He is already familiar with the damage - since the hardware store was closed, he couldn't do anything - no warning beforehand - allergy sufferers will be left to run into an open knife - it wouldn’t even smell - I am still waiting for an apology or a price reduction.

ich möchte Stellung zu Ihrer Bewertung nehmen.
Zunächst handelt es sich um ein Ferienhaus das vor 25 Jahren erbaut und zu vielen Tausend an der Nordsee Küste anzutreffen sind. Die Häuser sind nach dem damaligen Auflagen genehmigt und erbaut worden.
Ich mache von Anfang an dort Vermietung, bin selbst seit 45 Jahren Handwerker und erkenne sehr schnell ob es sich um eine berechtigte Reklamation handelt oder nicht.
Zu dem von Ihnen gewählten Zeitraum haben Sie ein für 6 Pers. ausgelegtes Haus für 65,-€ pro Tag angemietet, was weniger als 11,-€ pro Pers und Tag ausmacht.
Das angebotene Fernsehprogramm wird über den Ferienpark angeboten und hat auch Sender in anderen Sprachen.
Ob Strom ökologisch und ökonomisch sinnvoll ist sollten Sie mal unsere Regierungen fragen die ja Strombetriebene Autos noch Steuerlich begünstigt.
Die meisten Gäste kommen in den Wintermonaten mit ca. 10,-€ pro Tag aus.
Der von Ihnen beschriebene Wasserschaden war auch keiner wie ich Ihnen schon im Vorfeld sagte. Da Sie von Gips den Sie beschreiben sprechen, zeigt schon das Sie keine Ahnung haben alle Wände sind aus Beton. hier kam es zum Ausblühen und Blasenbildung aber ohne Schimmel oder Geruchsbelästigung, ist mittlerweile behoben.
Sie waren von Anfang an nur darauf aus Geld zurück zu bekommen.
Leider muss man sich von Zeit zu Zeit mit solchen Mietern abgeben.
Vielleicht sollten Sie mal überlegen aus ökologischer Sicht besser zu Haus zu bleiben und würden dann auch keine falschen Anschuldigungen machen und mir dieses Schreiben ersparen.
Vermieter*in verzichten gerne auf Gäste wie Sie, die nächsten Gäste nach Ihnen hatten direkt den WC Abfluss verstopft, Essenreste und Kartoffelschalen wurden erkannt, auch kosten die unnötig für den Vermieter sind.

We felt very comfortable.

We spent a week in this beautiful house. We felt very comfortable there, and everything we needed was on-site. Only the sofa could be renewed, as it is quite worn out. It's a bit farther to the beach than indicated, but it's manageable. We had a great vacation and would book again.
