The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 3 m). Parking on the property.

Kitchen in the living room (14 sq m) with TV, dining area (6 places), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the terrace. Bathroom (9 sq m) with bathtub with shower attachment, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
