Very cozy and bright holiday home "Dorthe" in Neßmersiel - East Frisia on the North Sea coast. The house is very quiet and can accommodate up to four people, children and dogs are welcome. It offers ample space on 75 square meters, on the ground floor with a living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette (electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and guest toilet, on the upper floor with two bedrooms for two people each, shower/toilet. A sunny south-facing terrace with a canopy and sun protection is located in a fully fenced garden.

Ideal for experiencing the tranquillity and vastness of the landscape, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, you can go on extensive hiking and cycling tours here or relax on the sandy beach of Neßmersiel and enjoy a swim in the North Sea.
For the four-legged friends, there is a dog beach and a fun agility park about 2 km away.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 40 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant cancels the contract prematurely, a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred will be due as follows: Cancellation is free of charge up to 40 days before the arrival date, 60% of the rental price is payable up to 20 days before the start of the rental period, and after that or in case of no-show, 80% of the rental price. In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire rental amount is due. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. If a lodging ban (rental ban) is in place during your travel time due to the Corona pandemic, any payments made will be fully refunded.

Super equipped house, everything you need daily is on site, very tidy and cleanly furnished. The contact with the landlord is super nice and friendly. We felt right at home. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
