The castlelike 5-stars "Barony Le Pergole" with 3 villas and total 10 nonsmoker apartments (each with own entrance from outside) of varying size for 1-9 persons is located in the most exclusive district of "Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo" at the foot of "Monte Brè" (the sunniest mountain of Switzerland) near the lake (70 m bee-line) and the lakeside path to the picturesque fisher village "Gandria"" (1,3 km).
Peaceful and sunny and away from the traffic of communal and cantonal roads between private blind alley "Via Violetta" and ancient "Olive foot path" thrones thie romantic residence over a m2 terraced mediterranean park with panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
Free of charge shared indoor pool (4 x 8 m) in function from beginning of June until end of September with 140 m2 sunbathing terraces with deck charis and table tennis.
