This villa consists on a 3 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the bathroom inside. The living room has a fireplace, The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other with shower. The house with an approximate surface of 120 m2 meters and 500 m2 of tropical garden, with a beautiful swimming pool, and a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories suitable for up to 6 people.

Beautiful new villa in Majadales de Roche ( Conil ) in a very quiet rural area, located in a pine wood zone where you will enjoy nature and tranquility, only 5 minutes drive from Conil and the local beaches. Conil, with about 18,000 residents is part of the Cadiz province on the Costa de la Luz. It has a 16 km fine, white beach and there are numerous small and large coves making it the perfect place for a beach holiday. The average daily temperature is 28°C in summer and 18°C in winter. In summer temperatures can often reach 35°C or more, and in Febuary the thermometer often climbs oveer the 20°C mark. The Costa de la Luz has the Spanish record with 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. Daily excursions can be made to the "white villages” such as Vejer, or to Cadiz – the oldest city in Europe. The culture city Seville is only 100 km away and well worth a visit as are the sherry Bodegas in of the tourists in Conil are to this day Spanish, from the big cities such as Madrid or Seville, and this part of the coast has not been developed like other coastal regions in Spain.

Sehr schönes Haus
The house is very beautiful and equipped with all the necessary things. We felt very comfortable. The location is quiet, a car is necessary!

Beautiful villa, wonderful rural setting yet only 15 mins from beach as well.
Modern tasteful style, well stocked kitchen our preferred option but definitely
Spanish too. Wonderful tropical gardens and a great swimming pool. Suits all ages so great for family or friends.
