The house is ok. I think some things has to be better. The fridge is to small for a household of 13 people. At least on more fridge is needed. We had to shop every day during our stay. The same about the kitchen things like plates, cutlers, glasses, cups etc. Why don´t you equip the house with a full set in the beginning of the season? IKEA has start-up kits for example. You can also buy glasses there. We had a bad experiens with other people coming and stayed by the pool (no guests). Like it was a pool open for everybody. 5 different couple come during the week we stayed there. The owner said it was guests, but i was friends of him. We payed a lot of money for our stay, to have common people coming to the house made us feel insecured. If we have know this we have choosen another house instead. Not a good host ( Not Belvilla) the owner of the house. Expensive to rent. No other guests exept one during our stay.

This farmhouse offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, We spent our mornings by the pool and afternoons exploring nearby towns like San Gimignano, The coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice touch for those early starts!
