What a charming Tuscan-style apartment! The views of the Chianti hills are stunning, and the shared pool was a lovely way to relax after a day exploring nearby San Gimignano.

The furnishing of the living room/kitchen of our apartment is very shabby. The furniture is old. One chair was broken, but was still in the living room. I don't want to think about what would have happened if I had sat on it. The furnishing of the kitchen was also poor. The plates were from different sets. There was an oven, but no baking dish to use. I was glad that I had my own paring knife with me. It is an apartment for 5 people, but in terms of dishes, it was insufficient for 5 people. The bed and the bedroom were good. Only we were disturbed several times early in the morning by a bird that was trapped behind the shutters, because the owner had not yet made the hole in the shutters. The internet did not work for the first 5 days. We ourselves worked on it for at least 2 hours on the instruction of the contact person to get everything running. And afterwards I understood from the correspondence that we were the cause of the internet not working. I chose this apartment because internet was guaranteed. The apartment is located on a beautiful hill in a small village. It is a good distance from a small town and amenities. There is a spacious lawn around the building and a nice swimming pool. In the summer, it is pleasant to stay there. The manager was very nice and did his best to make everything go according to our wishes.

I can recommend this house to anyone who needs a clean stopover between cities like Florence and Siena. The simple furnishings met all our needs during our trip.

Arrived late on the first evening. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was simple but functional, we could easily make breakfast. Sitting outside in the garden felt very nice after a day full of explorations in San Gimignano and Volterra.

It is clean, the host is friendly and helpful Everything in the apartment is outdated, the beds are uncomfortable and the showerhead was so full of lime that it sprayed in all directions except downwards The pool was nice and refreshing and the location is great

We really liked the facility here, great location, the pool is very nice and a lovely refreshment. The apartment is normally equipped, good size, a bit lacking in dishes and cutlery but otherwise everything needed is there. Unfortunately, we had guests above and next to us in large groups who were all very loud. We didn't like that. We are on vacation too and would have appreciated a bit more peace. There are barely 10 loungers by the pool and because so many other guests were there, there were basically no free loungers at all.
