Coin operated washing machine and dryer. Gym trail and games for children in the nearby 'Hemingway Park'. Parking lot (for 1 car) in the garage.

The house is located near a pine forest and sheltered from the sun by plants. The apartment is quite small but very well organized and 5 of us were comfortable with a small child. You arrive at the sea in 10 minutes on foot, along very quiet streets
