HAUS SEEPFERDCHEN 4 – COMFORTABLE NORTH SEA HOLIDAY FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE
Our lovingly and modernly furnished holiday chalet offers space for up to 6 people and warmly welcomes your four-legged friends as well.
Look forward to a cozy atmosphere, extensive amenities, and a fully fenced garden with a private terrace. Here you can arrive, feel at home, and fully enjoy your holiday.
LIVING & KITCHEN
The bright, open-plan living and dining area invites you to spend cozy hours with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for a relaxed self-catering holiday: microwave, mini oven, classic coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
SLEEPING & BATHROOM
The chalet has 3 separate bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 × 200 cm)
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (80 × 200 cm)
All bedrooms are equipped with shutters that ensure pleasant darkness and restful nights.
A bathroom with shower and a separate WC provide additional comfort.
For our little guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available.
ENTERTAINMENT & INTERNET
Entertainment is also provided for cozy evenings:
- Smart TV with Blu-ray player in the living room
- Another smart TV in one bedroom
- TVs with DVD players in the other two bedrooms

Our holiday chalet Haus Seepferdchen 4 is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Bredene on the Belgian North Sea coast, at the Kerlinga campsite and only about 800 m from the wide sandy beach.
Bredene delights with its unspoiled dunes, wide sandy beach, and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air, take long walks, or simply unwind.
BEACH & NATURE
The beautiful North Sea beach is easily accessible on foot and invites you to sunbathe, play, and relax. Only about 30 m away is the Grasduinen Park with green areas, walking paths, and leisure opportunities – ideal for families, nature lovers, and guests with dogs.
HOLIDAYS WITH DOGS – BEACH RULES IN BREDENE
Bredene is also a great destination for holidaymakers with dogs! So that you can enjoy your beach holiday with your four-legged friend in a relaxed way, we have compiled the most important beach rules:
October 15 – March 15: Dogs may run freely on the beach without a leash and also go into the sea. Exception: the surf zone at the Twins Club (about 2 km away).
March 16 – June 14: Dogs are allowed on the beach on a leash.
June 17 – September 15: Before 10:30 am and after 6:30 pm, dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach. Between 10:30 am and 6:30 pm, dogs are only allowed in two designated dog beach areas (about 1 km away).
September 18 – October 14: Dogs are allowed on the beach on a leash.
Good to know: Please observe the seasonal beach rules and local signage so that you and your four-legged friend can enjoy your time by the sea without worries.
LEISURE & ACTIVITIES
For variety, the LAGO Bredene adventure pool is only about 100 m from our chalet. The surroundings also offer numerous opportunities for cycling tours, hikes, and walks along the Belgian North Sea coast. The nearby Grasduinen Park also invites you to play and relax.
SHOPPING & ENJOYMENT
In Bredene you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options. Whether fresh rolls for breakfast, Belgian fries, delicious waffles, or a cozy dinner – there is something for every taste.
EXCURSION DESTINATIONS IN THE AREA
There is also much to discover outside of Bredene:
- Ostend: Lively coastal city with harbor, beach promenade, shops, and restaurants.

MINIMUM STAY & ARRIVAL
Outside of holidays and summer months, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
During holiday periods and summer months, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. Shorter stays are possible by arrangement if there are booking gaps.
During holidays and summer months, we prefer arrivals on Saturdays. We kindly ask for your understanding that we wish to avoid booking gaps as much as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DOG OWNERS
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the nearby beach during the summer months from June 15 to September 15 between 10:30 am and 6:30 pm.
During this time, two designated dog beach areas are available, which may also be visited during the day with leashed dogs. The nearest designated area is approx. 1.5 km away.
Outside of these hours, dogs are allowed on the beach on a leash even in summer.

Great big chalet very well maintained
This chalet is really great and very well maintained, it has a superb equipment. The chalet is nicely large. We found all the decor simply beautiful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The contact with the landlords was very warm.

Cozy chalet with a great terrace

A chalet to fall in love with
The chalet is so lovingly furnished, we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the selection of games and books. The beach is simply dreamy... We would love to come back. The contact with Mrs. Maschke was very warm.
