Description
The surroundings are breathtaking, with a beautiful natural landscape dominated by clouds, water, and plants. The nearby beach is the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sand.
Only 100 meters from the accommodation is the entrance to the Grasduinen local recreation area. This park offers various sports facilities, a playground, and a fishing pond.
In the near future, a swimming and leisure pool with indoor and outdoor areas will be built here.

The beach is about 1200 metres from the chalet Ankerplatz. Bicycles are available at the accommodation.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant terminates the contract early without naming a replacement tenant who fulfills the contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation.
Cancellation before the start of the rental period
• 25% of the rental price for cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the rental period
• 50% of the rental price for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before the start of the rental period
• 75% of the rental price for cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the start of the rental period
• 100% of the rental price for cancellations from 14 days before the start of the rental period or in case of non-occupancy of the holiday accommodation
The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the date the notice of termination is received by the landlord. If the tenant ends their stay early, the full rental price must be paid.

Urlaub in Belgien am Meer
Es war sehr schön und ruhig und vor allem sehr sauber. Wenn man den Weg um den Platz kennt ist es auch gut zu Fuss zur nächsten Bar.

Sehr gemütlich und komplett ausgestattetes Chalet. Direkter Zugang zum "Stadtpark". Besonders praktisch für Hundehalter: mit eingezäuntem Garten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Beautiful time
This accommodation is great for relaxing but also for doing a lot. Our dog felt comfortable in the beautiful garden. The park right next door was super for our dog. Everything you need for a vacation is there. The handling of the booking and the contact with the Balke Hilt family was very friendly, and everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately, one week was too short. The best landlords we have had so far. We would love to come back next year, possibly for 2 weeks. With kind regards to Balke Hilt ? ☀️

Prime location, great amenities, friendly landlords
We had a completely successful vacation in this beautiful holiday home in Bredene.
The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. We lacked nothing, so we felt comfortable from the first day on. The good location is particularly noteworthy – the beach is quickly accessible and the surroundings invite relaxed walks and excursions.
Even though the weather unfortunately didn't cooperate the whole time, we were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. This speaks for the accommodation, as one feels very comfortable there even on less sunny days. The contact with the landlords was friendly and uncomplicated. Overall, we had nothing to complain about. We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home and would love to come back anytime.

Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage – der Strand ist schnell erreichbar und die Umgebung lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen und Ausflügen ein.
Auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht die ganze Zeit mitgespielt hat, konnten wir unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das spricht für die Unterkunft, denn man fühlt sich dort auch an weniger sonnigen Tagen sehr wohl.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt gab es für uns nichts zu beanstanden.
Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Familie Balken/Hilt haben uns super Tipps gegeben, sei es empfehlenswerte Restaurants oder schöne Strandbars....
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt zurück m die Ecke...

Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll dekoriert. In der Küche gibt es einen 4 Feld Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Airfryer, Thermomix und mehr… draußen einen Gasgrill.
Es war sehr sauber und hat an nichts gefehlt.
Vielen Dank an die nette und freundliche Gastgeberin.
Von der Unterkunft waren es nur 2-3 Minuten bis zu den Grasduinen.
Und auch am Strand waren wir relativ schnell.
Auch unsere Fellnase hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Charlet befindet sich ca. 1,5km vom Strand entfernt, dafür stehen allerdings Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Trotz der kurzfristigen Anfrage war alles kein Problem und ein netter Austausch mit der Vermieterin.
Unser Sohn hat sich sehr über die Spielsachen gefreut. Das kleine dazugehörige Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was auch perfekt für unseren kleinen Hund war.
Diese kleine Auszeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Einrichtung, sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist am Ende des Parks, wodurch es schön ruhig ist.
Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Grill, alles vorhanden.
Fahrräder auch, allerdings etwas ältere Modelle und wir haben die Lampen nicht anbekommen, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck.
Austausch mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich, ohne Wartezeit und sehr angenehm.
Jederzeit wieder.
Aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses und der zuvorkommenden Kontaktaufnahme, haben wir uns entschlossen hier vor Anker zu gehen und einen Landgang zu wagen.
Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und haben eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit erleben dürfen.
Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht.
Die eingezäunte Terasse & Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir sehr genossen.
Auch die Fahrräder, Dreirad & Sandelsachen sind ein großer Bonus für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Die Kommunikation lief super.
Restaurants sollte man für den nächsten Abend vorab reservieren. Als Ausflugstipp können wir die Orte Brügge und De-Haan sehr empfehlen.
