Wellness villa on the outskirts of Maastricht

We stayed in a wellness house number 9. The layout of the house was perfect, but it was very dirty. Dirty sofa, very poorly cleaned. The garden was terrible. Full of oak trees, a lot of shade, and only mess from the trees. The garden was not tidy either. We had to clean the BBQ first before we could use it. There was even dirty cutlery by the BBQ. Every day we were busy trying to sit decently in the garden. The park is nice but has few activities for children. The surroundings of the resort are beautiful. There were many fun activities to do in and around Maastricht. All in all, it is a one-time stay for us. For this money, you expect a bit more.

It was a beautiful house, but it was not clean when we arrived. It smelled of smoke (as if someone had been smoking inside for a long time). Butts and joints in the garden and a bunch of dead roses on the table (rather creepy). Leaves in the jacuzzi. I also found the service costs of €396 that had to be paid on the spot quite high. I reported the complaints to the reception and there I received the only response 'I will discuss it with management.' Sounds like 'you'll never hear anything about it again.' We didn't let our vacation be spoiled by this, but for this price, I expected better.

Doesn't look like the pictures! It is not clean, you have no privacy (there is a bicycle path and a road behind your house so that everyone can look into both your house and your jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is also in the open air, not cleaned anything! They call it a wellness villa but there is not a towel or bathrobe in sight.For more than 400,- per night it is outrageous!
