The Cap Green Residential Complex offers comfortable apartments for four people, FR-22240-06, five people, FR-22240-07, and for six people, FR-22240-08. Résidence Cap Green is located near the cliffs of beautiful Cap Fréhel, a spit on the Côte d'Emeraude (Emerald Coast) in the northeast of Brittany. The steep cliffs of the cape are covered with moss, grass and flowers. There is also a breeding ground for various types of bird. Castle La Latte is located approximately 10 km from the residence, whence you can enjoy the beautiful view. Other excursion options are: historical Dinan (48 km), St-Brieuc (48 km) or the world renowned Dinard (40 km). Sables d'Or les Pins is a seaside resort on the Côtes d'Armor and is known for its wide sandy beaches and dunes. The residence is located on an 18 hole golf course and 700 metres from the beach and 1 km from the centre and shops of the well known seaside resort of Les Sables d'Or les Pins. You can enjoy water sports in the direct vicinity, boats and surfboards can be hired and you can take beautiful horseback rides through the dunes and on the beach! Residence Cap Green consists of 83 comfortable apartments distributed over 6 buildings of a maximum of 2 floors.
Résidence Cap Green has a swimming pool and is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course and is only 700 m from the beach.
Heated swimming pool; access to the pool is free (open from 9:30am to 6:45pm).

For the second time we have visited this location. It is a wonderful base for many of Brittany to see. The first time we stayed a week in the summer. Now 2 weeks in the May. The apartment is spacious and clean. The terrace is a nice grassy area where children can enjoy playing. Even if everything is full of little notice of the presence of the other guests. The beach is within walking distance and at low tide there is plenty of room for you there also wonderfully entertained. Wonderful walks can be made in Erquy and Cap Frehel there. On Wednesday makt in Matignon. Also Le Mont St. Michel and Cancale are to ride well. Saint Malo and Dinan are definitely recommended. Do not expect too much from the pool especially with older kids. The only downside in the kitchen for us was the lack of an oven.

We arrived reasonably on time and thankfully the reception was open at 16.00, instead of 17.00 what is on the documentation. Our apartment which is meant for 5 people had 1 bedroom and a niche, well nicely meant that there is a notch in the hallway where a bunk bed fits. For our puber not ideally said .... (A sofa bed in the living room for more people ....) The apartments are beautiful on a hill looking over a golf course. Nice quiet, there is little privacy with co-owners if you sit outside on the terrace or balcony. Everything in the apartment is outdated but the bathroom is very nice with a nice shower in the bath. The beautiful beach is 5 to 6 minutes walk from the complex and makes a lot of good! The village is about a 15-minute walk away. If you need Wi-Fi (phone connection is not best) you can pay about 25 euros for one week for 5 consumers. The Wi-Fi is bar and madly bad, an old-fashioned 3G connection is many times better and faster. The area is definitely worth exploring, with many beaches, chateaux and nice villages. St. Malo is less than an hour's drive away. (It is advisable to transfer from Dinard by boat to the St. Malo old town. The coastal walks are also recommended.
