Holiday home relaxing holiday Dagebüll

We really enjoyed our stay at the holiday home Wattschnecke - we would be happy to come back (not all mattresses have been renewed - there is still potential for improvement here).

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Again completely satisfied. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed immediately. Great praise to the entire team.

There could be more cups and possibly a few spices available.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

All in all, a very nice house. There are just a few small points of criticism to mention. Unfortunately, there was no cutting board in the kitchen equipment, and it takes relatively long for the water to get warm. Unfortunately, there were only fly screens on the windows in the bedrooms; these should be installed on the other windows as well, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes.

Very beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. Very nice and quiet location. We used the week as a break from our stressful job and let the wind blow around our noses, then we relaxed in the sauna. We enjoyed the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. The only negative thing was that the vacation was only 7 days. We will definitely come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

That was my great vacation for our dog and us. The house is really awesome, thank you very much!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable again. Thank you for the nice vacation.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We really enjoyed our stay in Dagebüll again. The house and service were great. We will definitely take advantage of an offer for a holiday at the North Sea again sometime. Until then.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were also very satisfied during our second stay.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable in the house Wattschnecke, everything was great.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very well-maintained facility. Short distances for excursions. Everything great.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house of the garden is great! The area is also nice, just a bit too quiet for us.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house is really very beautiful; however, the train stopped at the back every 30 minutes, so there was constantly the smell of diesel in the house, which was very unpleasant. It's also a pity that there is no proper dog beach. Otherwise, we can highly recommend the house and the surroundings; it was still a very relaxing vacation. Also, definitely take a trip to Föhr or Amrum; it's definitely worth it.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Basically, it is a great holiday home. Beautiful rooms, great bathroom with sauna, and the garden is ideal for dogs. However, what really bothered us is the railway track behind the garden. The diesel train arrives here every 30 minutes and stays for several minutes with the loud running engine. The diesel smell seeps into all the rooms. Staying on the terrace is not possible when the wind is right. Additionally, all the passengers of the train gawk into the garden while getting on and off. Therefore, a stay in the houses at the platform is not recommended from my perspective, actually a shame.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Would take the house again and again. Good furnishings, plenty of dishes, comfortable beds, nice large bathtub and shower, fly screens available, safe available, garden completely fenced (very small dogs, smaller than dachshunds or Bolonka, can crawl under the fence to the railway embankment), parking for 2 vehicles at the house.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very nice holiday home with very good amenities. Dagebüll is the optimal starting point for excursions. It's worth the short crossing to Föhr for swimming. We will definitely come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were there with our two children and our Labrador lady, everything was clean, nicely furnished, and everything you need was there! It's a pity that the dike is still under construction, but that is pointed out and it has to be done. It was a bit unfortunate that there were a few gaps in the fence, our curious lady thought she had to slip through first, so that could possibly be improved. We will definitely come back, probably already next year! It was a very nice, relaxing vacation. Thank you for that, and keep it up!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We wanted to relax for a week and get to know the surroundings. Both were 100% successful. Best regards, R. Hein

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Unfortunately, the situation is currently very affected by the dike construction work, so one cannot walk to the beach or on the dike.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Let's start with the phone consultation from Mrs. Volquardsen, it was excellent. Instead of just saying thank you for booking, I was recommended another house that was more suitable for us. The Wattschnecke as a recommendation was perfect for us. The house is in top condition, whether living room, bathroom, or the bedrooms, everything is great. We had a large dog with us. Due to the dyke construction work that unfortunately was not yet completed, one could only return to the house with dirty shoes. Okay, we simply went right over the dike. Also for our day trips to Rømø and Sylt, we received great information at the service office. Shopping at the little shop (rolls, etc.) was hassle-free. There are poop bag dispensers everywhere, and that's not a given. Due to the many dog owners present during our time, there were one or two chats. We have to leave this beautiful house again tomorrow morning. One thing is for sure, we will come back. Care provided by Ms. Volquardsen and the team and the quality of the house correspond to 5 stars. Thank you for everything.

For the third time in 5 years, we booked at Mien Huus at the North Sea. We have booked the holiday home "Steinwälzer" each time. Unfortunately, this time there was an internal rebooking, for which we have not received a response to this day - why? So upon our arrival, a foreign vehicle was in front of our booked holiday home, resulting in a deduction in the overall rating. Ultimately, it was still a relaxing vacation, and the weather was stable for this time of year, so we could do a lot. Meanwhile, minor signs of use are becoming apparent in the holiday homes. When these are addressed again, it really can't be topped! A huge bathtub, sauna, fireplace - what more do you need for relaxation? Overall, we were satisfied again and will remain loyal to North Frisia at least. A vacation worth it!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house was super nice and clean. The large construction site at the dike was not so nice. When the construction work is completed, we might come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

There was nothing to complain about.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The holiday home Wattschnecke is beautiful! Nicely furnished and everything you need for a vacation is available. The fenced garden was also cozy with a beach chair and loungers for both humans and dogs. Once everything is finished being built in Dagebüll, it will surely be very nice, and we will definitely come back again. Overall impression, equipment, and cleanliness very good. Location good.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The property and the holiday house were in impeccable condition. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The key handovers went smoothly, and the staff on site were very nice and friendly. We give 5 stars and are already looking forward to next year!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very clean and fully equipped! The fireplace and the sauna are fantastic! We felt completely comfortable with the whole family plus dog Tara!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We will come again

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

This holiday home is nearly perfect. We were there with our 5-year-old son and two dogs and had three wonderful days. Since the property is completely fenced, you don't have to worry about the child or the dogs. The spacious house is very comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. The wood stove and the beautiful bathroom with the great sauna enhance the holiday home even more and strongly convey the status of a 5-star accommodation. We will definitely come back!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

From home, we have a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. We were not disappointed.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We felt very comfortable in the "Wattschnecke." In the bathroom, there is a broken tube by the left mirror, and in the shower, the plate to switch to the rain shower is loose!

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

A great house, in a super location. Exceptionally clean. The process was super easy and hassle-free. Well equipped, we only missed a second pan. Unfortunately, there was a very loud construction site nearby, but we were out most of the time. We would book with you again anytime.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Great, clean house with excellent service included! Nice that everything is within walking distance: food, rolls, harbor, dike.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We were back at the Wattschnecke, super satisfied. In the evening, we had problems with the hot water, and the next morning we called Husum. The nice lady promised to pass it on immediately, and shortly after, the caretaker/technician got in touch and came over. Despite the missing spare part, he was able to fix the problem and promised to replace the part as soon as possible. It was done the next day. He then came by again on Saturday to check if everything was okay. SUPER run and super friendly handling. Huge praise to the lady in the office and the caretaker/technician. They deserved more than 5 stars. Everything else is great like the previous years. Great location to relax and unwind. Planning vacation 2025.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were completely satisfied. The location was great, the amenities had everything we needed, the house and the garden were clean and tidy. We will come back.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

As always, a great stay, and Dagebüll has captured our hearts anyway.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

For the fourth time, we've settled in, this time in the holiday house Wattschnecke. As always, completely satisfied!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The fourth stay in the holiday homes was also very pleasant. The problems with the Wi-Fi connection and hot water were resolved immediately. It's a pity that there was no fly screen door to the terrace in this house.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very well-equipped holiday home. Nothing was missing. The heating broke down for a day, but it was taken care of immediately and everything was resolved. Thank you very much to the team. We will definitely come back.

Another wonderful short vacation at the Watt Snail! This time even with the desired beach chair.

Very good again!

Only beautifully

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We would book such accommodation again, but not in Dagebüll, as we were disappointed with the dog beach. The holiday bungalow was very comfortable, and there was nothing missing. The sauna heated up quickly - the bathroom was very spacious. The garden was completely fenced. Unfortunately, there were many rabbit droppings in the yard, so our dogs were sadly only able to pick them up. The railway track behind the house did not bother us, as you could hardly hear it.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Very beautiful and cozy house. We felt really at home.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were now at the Wattschnecke for the third time, again completely satisfied. Great location, ideal place to relax. The service from the responsible staff is simply superb. The lady in the office in Dagebüll was helpful and nice. Vacation 2024 in the Wattschnecke is already booked.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It would be nice if an insect screen were also installed on the windows to the terrace and on the terrace door.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We feel very comfortable and have already booked for next year again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Again and again gladly

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A really great accommodation with a nice wow effect. Everything was clean, and everything was available to create a routine like at home. Would love to come back again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The house and the furnishings fulfilled all our wishes. Only the grill was unusable. It was so dirty and perhaps should be replaced sometime.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A few placemats would be nice so that you don't always have to place everything directly on the tabletop. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Good beds and a good overall furnishing. However, 3 coffee mugs are too few. The train that runs directly behind the house is not a disturbance at all.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very nice holiday home. Unfortunately, the fence was not completely escape-proof for small dogs. However, it was quickly fixed by the nice handyman. The holiday home had everything one needs. However, a mop bucket would be an advantage. Especially when on vacation with a dog, I would have liked to mop the floor.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We stayed at Wattschnecke for 7 days. We immediately felt very comfortable, and our dog also enjoyed this vacation very much. He could move freely every day in the fenced area around the house - simply great. We lacked nothing - we would want to vacation at Wattschnecke anytime again!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Modern, clean, and central facility. Very pleasant and friendly people. Everything as described. We have already booked for next year!! Hopefully then with a beach chair on the terrace, to our perfect weather :) Thank you for a wonderful short vacation.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

We were very satisfied and plan to come back. :)

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were able to spend a few nice days there with our dogs. It was clean and quiet. Everything you need was there.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have already been to the Wattschnecke for the second time, ideal house for a holiday with a dog. Quiet location, house clean and everything worked. A big thank you to the gentleman in the Dagebüll office, always friendly and helpful. He was also up for some fun. We felt warmly welcomed. THANK YOU, holiday 2023 is already booked.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

You feel at home, it has been a great stay for the third time. Everything was perfect again, and we would love to come back.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We traveled to Dagebüll for the 10th time, and we spent another wonderful vacation there. The house was lacking nothing. It was, as always, clean, and the key handling was straightforward and simple. We are already looking forward to winter when we will arrive again, and it means for us, "Welcome to the second home."

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We were now for the 2nd time in a house, this time in the Wattschnecke. We really enjoyed it again. We will definitely rent a house again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We had a lovely stay at the Wattschnecke house. The service staff were friendly and helpful. As we are repeat visitors, we always enjoy our time in the beautiful, well-maintained houses.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very beautiful and modern facility for a relaxed vacation with the dog. Completely fenced property, everything needed is easily accessible. Hiking trails on and off the dike are allowed and recommended with the dog. Those who want to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and give their four-legged friend a vacation will feel right at home here.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Good. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work. The cause is unclear. My computer requested a WPA2 or WPA3 password.

4,6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6 4.6

Unfortunately, the bathroom door is broken and doesn’t close properly. There are a lot of pigeons around the house, and it is always full of droppings.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Absolutely clean and tidy house. Nothing was missing.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have been coming to Dagebüll every year since 2013 (at least 1 - 2 times a year). The exception was 2020, as this was not possible due to Corona. A very heartfelt thank you to the Ferien an der Nordsee team for the great service and excellent support at all times. Every request or special wish could be fulfilled at any time. We would never book anywhere else. All houses in Dagebüll are well equipped and leave nothing to be desired. If you have dogs, it’s highly recommended. Almost all generous gardens are fenced. The sea is just a "stone's throw" away. We love walks in the mudflat. If you need peace and relaxation, this is the place to be!! Dagebüll is a small place but with top restaurants! However, for a larger supermarket, you have to drive to Niebüll, but that's no problem, it's only 12 minutes. Our next vacation is already booked! Best regards, Petra, Ralf, Juno & Rex

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

Very relaxing vacation in a great environment and good service (caretaker service). Friendly reception. Super conditions for a holiday with a dog. Would come back anytime.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were very excited about the house. Great amenities. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We have already been to the holiday home 3 times. It was great each time. The only thing missing in the outdoor area is a hose to clean the dog. Thank you for the wonderful time.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The location by the sea is great. However, we didn't research that much and didn't know that there is no sandy beach on-site; instead, you lie on well-maintained lawns and access the water via small "ramps." The place itself is still quite new, so there isn't much to discover, but maybe something will be added in the future. What many write in the reviews regarding the train that passes directly by some houses, we personally did not find bad. The train passes by about every hour and the noise level is also okay. (It may be that it's more frequent during peak times). Occasionally, a longer train passes by, and there is a diesel carriage that smells a bit, but overall it's not as bad as we thought based on some reviews. The houses are well-equipped but are sometimes not cleaned carefully. But the all-around package is coherent. And everything is very dog-friendly.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable with you once again and had a wonderful time relaxing. Everything was perfect again. Even the Corona rapid testing was no problem. There were no waiting times, and everything went super fast and very friendly. We are already looking forward to our next vacations with you in Dagebüll.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

A beautiful change of scenery during a difficult time. Super beautiful house with a great garden. The house is wonderfully equipped. We were two with our dog in Dagebüll. Pure relaxation. Day trips to Föhr, Amrum, and Sylt are no problem. Quick help with questions. Great service. We will come back!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Very beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. Very nice and quiet location. We used the week as a break from our stressful jobs and enjoyed the wind on our faces, after which we relaxed in the sauna. We enjoyed the evening with a glass of wine by the fireplace. The only negative thing was that the holiday was only 7 days long. We will definitely come back again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

That was my great vacation for our dog and us. The house is really awesome, thank you very much!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We felt very comfortable again. Thank you for the lovely vacation.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We really enjoyed our stay in Dagebüll again. The house and service were great once more. We will definitely take advantage of a holiday offer at the North Sea again sometime. Until then.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

This holiday home is almost perfect. We stayed there with our 5-year-old son and two dogs and had three wonderful days. Since the property is completely fenced, you don't have to worry about the child or the dogs. The spacious house is very cozy and invites you to linger. The fireplace and the beautiful bathroom with the great sauna add value to the holiday home and clearly give it the status of a 5-star accommodation. We will definitely come back!
