Generous, open, bright, clean, everything new and tasteful. Good equipment, we lacked nothing. Washing machine in its own utility room with drying rack and clips available. Very comfortable beds. Bedroom facing north and garden. Quiet and pleasant room climate guaranteed while sleeping. Quality was considered in the choice of furnishings. Everything fits together very well, which is not always the case in holiday accommodations. Thank you to the owners! We felt incredibly comfortable. Own entrance. Cloakroom and shoes on the ground floor, very practical! Time passed way too quickly. It was our best accommodation on Nordstrand so far. We will definitely come back. Within walking distance to the Norderhafen.

Optimally equipped for couples or families with up to 2 children. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The dike and thus the possibility for long walks or bike tours is right by the house. Very quiet location. Parking at the house.

We say thank you again for the quick assistance: Unfortunately, the house was cold upon arrival and the next morning, as the underfloor heating was not working. After the call to you, it was taken care of immediately and contact was made with the owner.

The apartment was spotless upon my arrival, even the balcony was cleaned, including the windows. I felt comfortable immediately. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and was sufficient for me. There are plenty of dishes and pots available. The beds are comfortable and I slept well. The absolute highlight is the balcony, which becomes a cozy spot with a table and chairs. Here, you have sun all day from the morning onwards. I would wish for a blackout option for the skylights because the rooms heat up incredibly quickly when exposed to sunlight. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my 1-week vacation there and will definitely come back.

Beautiful, mostly clean, and well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay there, great view. Parking for 2 vehicles was a challenge in the area. Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows are a dream. It would be desirable to have this in front of the balcony door as well, to be able to ventilate crosswise mosquito-free with the 30°C we had.

We were here for the second time. We love the quiet location with a magnificent view. The apartment is very spacious for two people. What we did not like were some signs of maintenance backlog and some settling cracks, especially on the balcony and in the bathroom, which need to be addressed. The terrace furniture is rusting and is partially defective. The floor on the terrace is damaged and heavily soiled (definitely do not walk barefoot!). In the bathroom, there is green mold on the shower seal at the floor. Overall, the apartment was better cleaned during our first stay. A used cleaning cloth was still on the bedroom bed. The battery in the wall clock was empty. The key box is very nice, offering great flexibility for arrival and departure.

This is explicitly not meant as criticism. I just want to inform you what is missing or defective in the apartment, as I think you might not otherwise find out. - Seal on the shower is leaking; if you stand at an awkward angle, all the water runs into the bathroom. - Skylights are very difficult to close properly (and I'm tall). - Few large mugs; having a bit more dishware would be nice. - TV remote needs new batteries or should be replaced. When turned on, the TV immediately turns off. Otherwise, it's a very, very nice place. For us personally, the area was unfortunately a bit too quiet, and the way to Husum was quite far. You always needed the car. I would say it was a very beautiful, relaxing holiday. Best for people who prefer it particularly quiet. Best regards.

great location in the green; quiet location; sea and beach reachable on foot in a few minutes; dining options in the immediate vicinity; bright, spacious vacation apartment with quality furnishings; lockable garden shed for bicycles; parking in front of the house; large sunny balcony with a view over meadows and fields; well-ventilated; overall a great "living experience" for us; the only downside: there could be more creative "marine decorations" to bring more "coziness" and eye-catchers into the apartment - while the apartment is bright and stylishly furnished, it does seem very plain without "decor"; small items (like toothbrush cups, strainer in the kitchen) could be provided, and knives sharpened. Overall impression: happily vacationing in this holiday apartment again and again.

The apartment is bright, modern, new, and well-designed. As a top-floor apartment, it may be a bit warm in the summer. Since it was mainly cool outside in the evenings during our stay, it was pleasant. The apartment is fully and well-equipped.

Key handover was very quick and uncomplicated. The (new) house was top modern and very high quality furnished. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. Everything was really exactly as depicted in the pictures. I can recommend this holiday home 100%!

We were two people in the apartment, so we had a lot of space. The apartment is quite new and well furnished. However, the number of cups and glasses should be supplemented. The two of us had to run the dishwasher quite often because you don't get far with only four cups. There is plenty of space in the empty cabinets. The dishwasher is extremely loud and doesn't dry properly. The channel buttons on the TV didn't work. Two out of four plastic sets were torn and all four were dirty. What we don't understand, especially during the time of Corona, is that you're supposed to clean dishes in the dishwasher at 70 degrees, but you have to empty the dishwasher by 10 a.m. when you check out. That's not possible with a dishwasher cycle starting at 2 a.m. Therefore, the previous tenants or the cleaning team activated a short program of 14 minutes. It can't get clean in that short time, and certainly not according to the requirements. What's the problem with the tenant starting the machine and the cleaning team emptying it? It's not a big deal and it would save the next tenant from having to wash everything again. Rinse aid was also missing. Apart from that, it was a really nice apartment. With small children and the unsecured steep stairs, maybe not recommended.

great location in the countryside; quiet location; sea and beach within walking distance; gastronomy in the immediate vicinity; bright, spacious holiday flat with dignified furnishings; lockable garden shed for the bicycles; parking in front of the house; large sunny balcony with a view over meadows and fields; good cross-ventilation; all in all a great "living experience" for us; only downer: there would be so creative "sea decoration", with that one could bring much more "cosiness" and eye-catchers into the flat - the flat is indeed bright and contemporary furnished, but seems without "decoration" but very businesslike; small things (such as toothbrush mug, strainer in the kitchen) could be added, knives sharpened.
Overall impression, however: I would like to spend my holidays in this flat again and again
