Description
Our little cottage is sheltered under old apple and plum trees in the middle of an old Frisian inland dyke.
Surrounded by a cottage garden, the North Sea with endless dykes, horses and sheep in the meadows, rape fields in bloom, a breeze, a lightning-blue sky, lush meadows and windswept fields.
The Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site is 650 metres away.
It could hardly be more North German!
You can book our cottage from April to the end of October.
The lütte Hus is newly built, small, fine and super cosy. It has its own entrance, a car park on the dyke and a sheltered sun terrace with a view of the garden.
Here you can enjoy the Nordic maritime flair, watch the clouds, soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air and simply relax perfectly.

Our Lütt Hus is approx. 14 m2 in size.
We have a cosy 0.80 x 2.00 m sofa/bed for you, which can easily be extended to 1.60 x 2.00 m in the evening, with high-quality mattresses, two beautiful wicker chairs with a table, a shelf, storage space in the bed drawers + in the wall cupboard. A small kitchen equipped with everything you need: fridge, cooking facilities, beautiful crockery, cutlery and pots, kettle, toaster, French press etc.
In the Lütt Hus kitchen there is a water connection with cold water.
The kettle makes hot water very quickly. There is also a small sink. Washing up is done inside in the kitchen or in the washing bowl outside.
Ecological washing-up liquid is available, so we protect the environment.
We also have an outdoor kitchen with power sockets for the portable induction hob and for outdoor washing up with birdsong.
The bathroom is simple - a small hand basin, a toilet and three shelves for your utensils.
To the side of the house is the shower with a boiler for hot and cold water. You might want to bring a cosy bathrobe with you, as you enter the shower via the terrace.
The whole Lütt Hus is at your disposal with the terrace, you are also welcome to sit in the garden. Two deckchairs, a wooden garden lounger with a comfortable cushion and a parasol are reserved for you.
You will receive the key from us personally on site or we will leave it in a key box for you.
Large suitcases cannot be stored in the Lütt Hus - it is best to travel with smaller bags.
It is a real summer cottage, but we have an electric heater and a fan heater if it is a bit cooler and of course a great hot water bottle and woollen blankets.
We live next door, but not always and look forward to nice guests. We are always available by phone, email or Whats App.
Our cleaning fairy makes sure that everything shines and makes the beds on request.
The Lütt Hus is located separately at the back of the garden. We are also sometimes there to mow the lawn or do something in the shed. But we will not disturb you - at the most we will invite you for a coffee !
There is a marked car park for your car on the Osterdeich. The entrance to the Lütt Hus is via the garden - between Osterdeich 116 and Osterdeich 118.
There are horses, turkeys, chickens and sometimes geese or sheep on the farm next door. The soundscape is therefore rural.
WLAN is available.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen, sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
Bed sheet dimensions: 2 x 0.80m x 2.00m or 1.60m x 2.00m
The bed linen can also be booked through us for € 15,- per guest, then the bed will be ready on your arrival and your holiday can begin immediately.
Towel set consisting of towels, guest towels, bath mat, tea towel per set € 10,-.
Pillows, duvets, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. Disinfectant and cleaning materials are also available.
In the kitchen you will find a selection of spices, oil, tea and sugar. Dishwashing liquid, kitchen roll and toilet paper are available for the first days of your holiday.
The visitor's tax for Nordstrand is from 1.6.-30.9.
per guest and night € 2,20 from 1.10.-31.5. per guest and night € 1,00.
Children up to 18 years and severely disabled persons from 100% are exempt from the visitor's tax.
Severely disabled persons with ID from 50% pay half price.
