I am a repeat offender. A very nice house in a quiet location. It is very well equipped and very modernly furnished. The only thing that I find could be improved is that the knives in the knife block are dull; they urgently need to be replaced. Overall, I am very satisfied with the house and also with the booking process from the provider. Here, both humans and animals can feel very comfortable. A privacy screen to the neighboring house, if it is occupied, would be great for dog owners.

Modern house where one can really only complain at a high level. The house is comfortably furnished, equipped with curtains and pleated blinds. Nevertheless, it heats up quite a bit at high temperatures (a climate control device would be appropriate for the summer). Since it is rented to multiple dog owners and the neighboring property is only separated by about a If there are large dogs on both properties and there are incompatible dogs on one property, problems can arise when separated by a 1.00 meter high fence. We were lucky that our neighbors with their Great Dane mixes were relaxed and that our two German Shepherds (one of which is quite a diva) could go into the garden after consultation. In unexpected encounters, it could become dangerous, as the dogs could get over the fence. Unfortunately, the house lacked a microwave and a slightly larger freezer/cabinet. Otherwise, it was really perfect. A special thank you goes to the service staff, who helped us with friendly information and did an excellent job.

We can recommend a vacation in this very well-maintained holiday home at any time. The house is a generously sized, light-flooded, modern and stylishly furnished new building with very high ceilings. All rooms are lovingly and color-coordinated furnished and appropriately decorated. The beds are very comfortable, so even users accustomed to waterbeds can sleep here without back pain. The house is very clean, and even as dogless vacationers, we felt very comfortable. We had booked the bed linen and towel package, and even upon arrival, the beds were already made - great! The customer service of the provider is also top-notch. Any inquiry is answered promptly. We felt very comfortable and at home right away. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, from the grill tongs to the loaf pan to the hand mixer, everything is there. Really first-class. The bathroom has a very large double sink, a spacious shower, a bathtub, and even a hairdryer is available. The house also features a well-maintained guest toilet. In the living room and in one of the bedrooms, you can use a flat-screen TV. All rooms are nicely bright, illuminated with modern LED technology. Now to the location. The house is surrounded by a very large, fenced meadow property, which also has a garden shed (e.g. for parking the bicycles), with lawn care being taken over by a robotic mower. The house is located on the outskirts of Neukirchen, flanked on one side by a barn and on the other by another similar holiday home that is set back. From the terrace, you can gaze over fields for miles to the horizon and enjoy the occasional sunset. Unfortunately, this panoramic view also has the disadvantage that it can be quite windy here at times, so we couldn't use the large sun umbrella even for one day in 14 days. Neukirchen is a small, dreamy place, and the region is characterized by agriculture and livestock farming, which you can also smell on the terrace with unfavorable winds. In the village itself, there is a small supermarket where you can at least buy freshly baked rolls. The nearest proper bakery can only be reached by car in the next larger town. Even so, Neukirchen is more for those seeking peace or ideal for taking a bike tour or two. From here, we started our day trips to Sylt, Amrum, Sankt Peter-Ording, and Flensburg, or we drove to the quaint Niebüll (~15km) for a coffee. Aside from the small, heated outdoor pool in the village, unfortunately, there are no nice swimming options in the surrounding area. Even the designated bathing area in Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll is only suitable for vacationers who want to forgo sand and have no problem wading from the wooden platform into the mud. Due to the currently still applicable Corona restrictions, we were unfortunately denied any trip to Denmark in mid-July, as day tourists are still locked out here and the small border crossings are closed. Too bad. Finally, here are our points of criticism, even if this is "complaining at a high level": The use of Wi-Fi is free, but a filter is used, so some websites are not accessible. I do not like this as an informed user per se. The floor drain (shower channel from Tece) of the level-access, tiled shower is, despite a perfectly clean sieve, a nuisance. Here, I would involve the manufacturer of the drain or hold the executing tradesman accountable for rectification. I have not seen a worse drainage system either domestically or abroad. You are forced to stand in your own shower water after a very short time. Not very pleasant and especially unacceptable for a new building. The "grilling option" is a rickety hardware store ball grill; such a beautiful property deserves (in my view) a stable brand ball grill. If you use the existing grill, you will be threatened with a cleaning fee of €20 in case of non-cleaning (the whole grill is worth less), especially since unfortunately any grill wire brush or other cleaning equipment is missing (tip: bring your own). The house also thankfully has a washing machine and a dryer, as advertised, which is really good, but it is rather questionable to charge additional usage fees here. We like to think back to the vacation, clear recommendation for this beautiful holiday home Georgs Huis!

A very beautiful modern house with everything we need for a relaxing vacation with a dog. You just have to bring the dog bed. Bowls and a small dog blanket are provided. The house is very clean and well-maintained. There are great bike paths right outside the door. About 3 km away, there is a small swimming area at Hülltofter Lake. A short walk from there is the Emil Nolde Museum with an attached café. Neukirchen even has a small heated swimming pool. We have felt comfortable in the house from the very beginning. We would love to come back.

1 week vacation in this beautiful holiday home, no hustle, no bustle, we 3 adults, daughter with boyfriend and I felt completely at ease. Our dogs had a lot of fun, whether on the large fenced property or during the trips to Denmark to the beaches. We also visited the small outdoor pool every day. The only thing that could be changed would be a slightly higher fence with privacy protection so that the dogs do not immediately bark if there are any in the neighboring house. We will definitely come back.

Actually, we shouldn't give such a positive review. This way, the possibility of finding a free week in this beautiful house in the future diminishes. But the house and the hosts really deserve it. So lovingly decorated. We felt at home from the first moment. And the amenities left nothing to be desired. We will definitely not be the last time here. Highly recommended for dog owners, as the property is well fenced and you don't have to worry if the four-legged friends get out of sight. We only gave 4 stars for the location because you have to find good places to walk with the dogs, but even there we found some. Otherwise, the location is good. Only a few kilometers to the North Sea and also relatively quick to Rømø with its large beaches or to Dagebüll with the ferry connection.

A really great stay, we really enjoyed the two gardens and the absolute peace and seclusion. A small downside: We would have liked a little more lighting in the driveway and on the way to the sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna itself was not quite as we had hoped, as it simply did not get hot enough (even though that is of course complaining at a high level now). According to the indoor thermometer, it only got up to 70 degrees and the whole thing took quite a long time. Therefore, the sauna was okay for us, but unfortunately not optimal. And washing in the house costs extra (3 euros), due to the current situation (energy crisis, etc.) it is basically okay to charge for this, but I would have liked to have been informed about this in advance, not just upon arrival at the house. The equipment of the house was really great otherwise, and we felt like we were coming home. The fence in the garden, as already described, is not too high, but for us it was absolutely sufficient. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was really great. The key handover with the safe also worked perfectly. A microwave would indeed be desirable, but of course you can also warm up food in the oven / on the stove. All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and will definitely come back, we really felt very comfortable and the proximity to Denmark and the various dikes is really great. The small Nahkauf store on site had everything you needed, but Aldi, Lidl, etc. were also just a few minutes' drive away. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Also very positive to mention: We had a problem with the light bulbs in the sauna, they were defective, but after reporting it to the property management, they were changed on the same day, we thought that was great!! :-)

We are really excited. With our two dogs, we could spend a few really nice days in beautiful North Friesland! The area is very rural but simply fantastic for us. The house is large, spacious, and really lovingly and friendlily furnished and very very clean. You can easily avoid the neighbors if you want to - but it's not necessary. For us, it was definitely not the last vacation at Georgs Huis.

We spent a relaxed, quiet New Year's Eve with our dog. The house is fantastic. We didn't miss anything. Super clean. The property is great for dog owners. On the neighboring property, there was also a family with 2 large (belligerent) dogs. But we made sure not to be in the garden at the same time. The only tiny downside is that you can't really go for a nice walk. Just directly on the road without a sidewalk on a narrow green strip. It was very muddy and soaked due to the weather. But as a dog owner, you have the appropriate footwear. Otherwise, everything was great and we recovered well.

I have never experienced such a great and luxurious holiday home as a multiple-dog owner!! The rooms are practical and well thought out (the utility room with a separate entrance is really great), with loving details and perfect cleanliness! To nitpick a little on a high level, a small freezer for raw feeding would be great and the only 1m high fence to the neighboring holiday home is not optimal... a higher fence with privacy screen would be better, as it can sometimes be a bit stressful if guests with dogs are also staying in the other house. Otherwise, everything was perfect, we felt super comfortable and will definitely come back again....

First of all, I would like to give a big compliment to the vacation home rental. When I had a small problem upon arrival, I was promptly and quickly helped, even on a Saturday evening, which is really great. I was there with our dog Milou. Now to the house. The house is really well and beautifully equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday. Very clean, modern, and with attention to detail. The garden is square, practical, good size, and can be divided into two areas by a gate. Here the dog can play undisturbed as it is fenced in. There is only one immediate neighbor (the same vacation home owner), and the fences are adjacent to each other on one side. It's also great that a very chic and well-maintained house is offered for rent for multi-dog owners. Overall, a successful holiday during a cold and gloomy time of year. The area is not ideal for walks directly from the house, a car is necessary to take nice walks with dogs. Otherwise, it is very quiet and overlooks fields. I still have a few suggestions. In my opinion, a large cooking pot is missing to, for example, cook 500 grams of pasta. The existing pots are simply too small for that. Similarly, the kettle might need a general overhaul, and the knives in the knife block could be sharpened or replaced. But that's just nitpicking at a high level; otherwise, everything was there that you need for 1-4 people on vacation. We had a great time and are happy to recommend it.

The holiday home is very well suited for a couple with 2 dogs. It is hidden behind a hedge, so it is hardly visible from the street. We liked that we could divide the garden into two areas with a fence and a gate. Unfortunately, the terrace is on the side of the neighboring holiday home and there is no longer a hedge there, so if the tenants there also have dogs, it is not possible to sit there relaxed. The furnishings are very modern, which we liked. The living area is very bright with a large window area, but when the sun shines, it heats up very quickly and unfortunately there are no blinds to prevent this. Dogs are allowed on the sofa with a blanket, we thought this rule was great and there were even treats for them :-) very dog-friendly! The kitchen is well equipped, but we missed a microwave. For our short break, it was the perfect holiday home, we will gladly come back!

The holiday home is very well suited for us as a couple with 2 dogs. It is hidden behind a hedge, so hardly visible from the street. We liked the fact that you could divide the garden into two areas with a fence and a gate. Unfortunately, the terrace is on the side of the neighboring holiday home and there is no more hedge there, so if the tenants there also have dogs, it is not possible to sit there relaxed.

The furnishings are very modern, which we liked. The living area is very bright with a large window area, but when the sun shines, it heats up very quickly and unfortunately there are no blinds to prevent this.

Dogs are allowed on the sofa with a blanket, we thought this was great and there were even treats for them :-) very dog-friendly! The kitchen equipment is good, but we missed a microwave.

For our short vacation, it was the perfect holiday home, we would love to come back!

A really great stay, we really enjoyed the two gardens and the absolute peace and seclusion. One small negative point: we would have liked a little more lighting in the driveway and on the way to the sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna itself was not quite as we had hoped, as it simply did not get hot enough (although this is of course now complaining at a high level). According to the indoor thermometer, it only got up to a maximum of 70 degrees and it took quite a long time. Therefore, the sauna was okay for us, but unfortunately not optimal. And washing in the house costs extra (3 euros), which is generally okay due to the current situation (energy crisis, etc.), to charge something for this, but I would have liked to have been informed about this in advance, not only upon arrival at the house. However, the equipment of the house was otherwise really great and we felt like we were coming home. The fence in the garden, as already described, is not too high, but for us, it was absolutely sufficient. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was really great. The key delivery with the safe also worked perfectly. A microwave would actually be desirable, but of course, you can also warm up food in the oven / on the stove. All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and will definitely come back, we really felt very comfortable and the proximity to Denmark and the various dykes is really great. The small local shop had everything you needed, but Aldi, Lidl, etc. were also just a few minutes' drive away. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay. Also very positive to mention: we had a problem with the light bulbs in the sauna, which were defective, but after reporting it to the property management, they were changed on the same day, which we thought was great !! :-)

We are really enthusiastic. With our two dogs, we could spend a few really nice days in beautiful North Frisia! The area is very rural, but simply wonderful for us. The house is large, spacious, and very lovingly and friendly furnished, and very very clean. You can easily keep away from the neighbors if you want to - but it's not a must. For us, it was definitely not the last holiday in Georg's house.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the vacation rental agency. When I had a small problem upon arrival, I was immediately and quickly helped on a Saturday evening, which is fantastic. I was on-site with our dog Milou.
Now to the house. The house is really well and beautifully equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. Very clean and modern with attention to detail.
The garden is square, practical, and of great size that can be divided into two areas by a gate. Here, the dog can frolic undisturbed as it is fenced in.
There is only one immediate neighbor (the same vacation home owner), and the fences are adjacent on one side.
It is also great that there is a super chic well-kept house offered for multi-dog owners for rent here.
Overall, it was a successful vacation at a cold and dreary time of year.
The area is not so ideal for walking from the house, a car is necessary to make nice walks with dogs.
Otherwise, it is very quiet and you can see fields.
However, I do have a few suggestions. In my opinion, a large cooking pot is missing to cook, for example, 500 grams of pasta. The existing pots are simply too small for this. Similarly, the kettle could use a general overhaul, and the knives in the knife block should be sharpened or replaced. But that is whining on a high level, otherwise everything was there that you need for a vacation for 1-4 people.
We had a super nice time and gladly recommend it.

As a multi-dog owner, I have never experienced such a great and luxurious holiday home! Practical and well thought-out rooms (really great, the HWR with separate entrance), lovely details and perfect cleanliness!
To complain a bit on a high level, a small freezer for the barfers would be great and the only 1m high fence to the neighbouring holiday home is not optimal...here a higher fence with privacy screen would be better, because if there are also guests with dogs in the other house, it can sometimes be a bit stressful.
Otherwise everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again....

A very nice modern house with everything we need for a relaxed holiday with dog. You only have to bring the dog basket, bowls and a small dog blanket. The house is very clean and well maintained. There are great cycling routes right outside the door. There is a small bathing area at Hülltofter Lake about 3 km away, and the Emil Nolde Museum with its café is just a short walk away. Neukirchen even has a small heated swimming pool. We felt at home in the house right from the start. We will be happy to come back.

We can recommend a holiday in this very well-maintained holiday home at any time. The house is a spacious, light-flooded, modern and stylishly furnished new building with very high ceilings. All rooms are lovingly furnished in matching colours and decorated appropriately. The beds are very comfortable, so that even users who are used to waterbeds can sleep here without back pain. The house is very clean, even as dogless holidaymakers we felt very comfortable. We had booked the bed linen and towel package, and the beds were even made up on arrival - great! The customer service of the provider is also first class. Every request is answered promptly. We felt very comfortable and at home immediately. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, from the grill tongs to the loaf pan to the hand mixer, everything is there. Really first class. The bathroom has a very large double washbasin, a spacious shower, a bathtub and even a hairdryer. There is an equally well-maintained guest toilet in the house. In the living room and in one of the bedrooms you can use a flat screen TV. All rooms are beautifully brightly lit with modern LED technology. Now to the location. The house is surrounded by a very large, fenced meadow plot, on which there is also a gazebo (e.g. for storing the bicycles), whereby the lawn care is taken over by a robotic mower. The house is located on the outskirts of Neukirchen, flanked on one side by a barn, and on the other by another similar holiday home that has been moved forward. From the terrace you can look out over fields for miles to the horizon and enjoy a sunset or two. Unfortunately, this distant view then also has the disadvantage that it can be quite windy here at times, so that in 14 days we were not able to use the large sunshade for one day. Neukirchen is a small, dreamy village, the region is characterised by agriculture and cattle breeding, which you can also smell on the terrace if the wind is not favourable. In the village itself there is a small supermarket where you can at least buy freshly baked bread rolls. The next real bakery can only be reached by car in the next larger town. Even so, Neukirchen is rather something for those seeking peace and quiet or ideal for taking a bike tour or two. We started our day trips from here to Sylt, Amrum, Sankt Peter-Ording and Flensburg, or went for a coffee to tranquil Niebüll (~15km). Apart from the small, heated open-air swimming pool in the village, you will unfortunately not find any nice bathing opportunities in the surrounding area. Even the advertised bathing area in Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll is only suitable for holidaymakers who want to do without sand and have no problem wading from the wooden platform into the mud. Due to the Corona restrictions still in force, we were unfortunately denied any excursion to Denmark in mid-July, as day-trippers are still barred here and the small border crossings are closed. A pity. Finally, our points of criticism, even if this is "complaining at a high level": WLAN use is free of charge, but a filter is used so that some websites are not accessible. As a responsible user, I don't like that per se. The floor drain (shower channel by Tece) of the tiled shower at ground level is an imposition, despite a perfectly clean strainer. I would call in the manufacturer of the drain or ask the tradesman to rectify the situation. I have never seen a worse drain, either at home or abroad. After a short time, you are forced to stand in your own shower water. Not very pleasant and especially not acceptable for a new building. The "barbecue facility" is a rickety DIY store ball barbecue, such a beautiful property would have deserved (in my view) a sturdy brand-name ball barbecue. If you use the existing barbecue, you will be threatened with a €20 cleaning fee if you do not clean it (the whole barbecue is worth less), especially as there is unfortunately no barbecue wire brush or other cleaning equipment for cleaning (tip: bring your own). Thankfully, the house also has a washing machine and a dryer, as advertised, which is really good, but it is rather questionable to charge additional user fees. We look back fondly on our holiday, a clear recommendation for this beautiful holiday home Georgs Huis!

We spent very nice days in this super house on the outskirts of the village. A lot of effort has been put into the furnishings and equipment. The beds are very comfortable. A house to arrive and feel good.

Modern house where you can only complain at a high level. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with curtains and blinds. Nevertheless, it heats up quite a bit at high temperatures (an air conditioner would be appropriate for the summer). Since it is rented to multiple dog owners and the neighbouring property is only separated by a fence about 1.00 metre high, there can be problems if there are large dogs on both properties and there are incompatible dogs on one property. We were lucky that our neighbours were relaxed with their Great Dane mixes and our two DSHs (one of which was a real bitch) could go into the garden by arrangement. In case of unexpected encounters, it could be dangerous because the dogs could cross the fence. Unfortunately, we were missing a microwave and a slightly larger freezer/cupboard in the house. Otherwise it was really perfect. A special thank you goes to the service staff who helped us with friendly information and did an excellent job.

A very well maintained house in a very quiet location. Everything you need for a holiday is available. The booking and handling via 'Ferien an der Nordsee' was flawless.
If you are looking for something quiet and not mass tourism, this house is the best choice

We spent a relaxed, quiet New Year with our dog. The house is fantastic. We didn't want for anything. Super clean. The property is great for dog owners. There was also a family on the neighbouring property with 2 large (rabble-rousing) dogs. But we were careful not to be in the garden at the same time. The only tiny minus point is that you can't really walk nicely. It's only right next to the road without a pavement on a narrow green strip. Because of the weather, it was very muddy and soggy. But as a dog owner, you have the right shoes. Otherwise everything was great and we had a good rest.

The house itself is really great and the garden mega. Very modern and clean, just like the pictures. The beds are comfortable. Dogs are allowed on the sofa with blankets, but not in the bed. It's certainly nice when the temperatures are pleasant. Unfortunately, the high temperatures and the glass front facing the sun ruined our holiday. There are only curtains, which unfortunately do not keep the heat out. Too hot outside and inside too. We had to get a mobile air conditioner because the dog got a fever from the heat. Airing in the evening? Not a chance. Draught only possible when the front door is open - rather difficult with dogs. And the mosquitoes were disgusting this year. So no rest at night either, because the fly screen in the bedroom was (knowingly) broken. A great pity. Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to walk far with the dog around the house. There is no country road or country lanes to walk along. A great house out of season and without a dog.

Very beautiful dream house somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
The house is lovingly furnished, with high quality equipment and very clean.
We were there with children and dogs. I have nothing at all to say about the house. If you go there as a couple to relax, you couldn't ask for more.
