How beautiful it is, please, to come to a holiday home that is so tastefully furnished! The living room with the best view, even in the rain. Comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and a fantastic kitchen! High-quality dishes, clean cooking utensils, and everything you need for cooking is on site. And you can also see how much the guest means to the host in the laundry service: high-quality bed linen and towels complete the fantastic picture just as much as the two attentions for the dog and owner. A huge, fenced property delighted the dogs. The additional fees for the washing machine, dryer, and sauna are perfectly reasonable, and the underfloor heating is super comfortable. Did I forget anything? Perhaps, but we felt completely at ease and would love to come back!

We have been coming here since the reconstruction of Hannes Huis and feel very comfortable here. The area is perfect for "unwinding." Even though the weather wasn't so good this time, we made the best of it. We will definitely rent Hannes Huis again for a week of relaxation.

We were very satisfied with the holiday home and therefore give full marks for all criteria. However, we would still like to list a few minor points, even though they did not really diminish our very positive overall impression. The kitchen equipment was truly better than in any other holiday apartment we have used so far, but the available knives were all so dull that "one could ride on the chunk." Here, the possibility of being able to sharpen the knives would be a sensible improvement. Additionally, a hook for the kitchen towel would be desirable. The visually very successful connecting corridor between the two halves of the bungalow unfortunately only has shading on the east side. Thus, the corridor and therefore also the living and dining area heat up quite a bit in the afternoon. Perhaps another sun protection could also be provided here. What one should be aware of is that the gardens of Hannes Huis and Georgs Huis are directly adjacent to each other, and thus there may be dog encounters at the approximately 1m high connecting gate. Here, as a dog owner, one should place value on a reasonable introduction of the four-legged friends. We particularly liked the solutions for insect protection. Each window is protected with a grid, and each door is also secured with a magnetically closing insect protection screen. We found this solution so good that we are now using it at home as well. Also very successful was the laundry room right next to the kitchen. Here we could also store our groceries well and had enough space to do laundry during our two-week stay. We would also like to recommend the country inn Rasch, the Emil Nolde Museum including the excellent gastronomy (if you have the opportunity to attend an after-work party there, definitely do it!), as well as the Grenzkrug in Rosenkranz. There was also a report about the border cycling path in the NDR Nordstory.

We were unfortunately only there for a week; had we known how beautiful it is, we would have stayed longer. The house was so wonderful and well-equipped—especially the kitchen. Here you can find absolutely everything. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. Our dogs enjoyed the large garden, and we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. For us, the most beautiful accommodation so far. A tiny drawback: it gets relatively warm in the house quickly due to the glass front. Unfortunately, there are no blinds or fly screens, so it is difficult to ventilate if you don't want mosquitoes in the house. We will come back next year!

I can only recommend Hannes Huis, a great holiday home in a beautiful landscape and an ideal starting point for nice day trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr, and Amrum. The Baltic Sea with Flensburg and Eckernförde is also not far away. Good relaxation guaranteed.

Wonderful house with a great garden. The only thing we have to complain about is the condition of the knives. They are all so dull. Some of the black color is coming off the blade, which is not very appetizing. We bought new knives. Cooking was fun again with them. And the can opener should also be replaced. It's pretty rusty. The cutting boards should also be replaced. The ones we have are not very hygienic anymore. In our opinion, these are basic things that should be taken care of in such a high-quality environment. Hannes Huis was very nice. There were three of us with 2 dogs. The garden is well fenced and there is also a playmate available, we called him Herbert. Herbert is a lawn robot who does his work from the morning on. Everything is available in the house, I would have liked a microwave but it's okay without one. The owner is nice and friendly and helps with WLAN problems here, which can be solved by cleverly placing the router. The actual connection, however, is in the neighboring house. Our destinations for outings were Sylt, Denmark, Römö, Flensburg, Husum, and the Nolte House. My wife and I are North Sea fans and will be back in the area in another place in 4 weeks.

Great house in a very quiet location. Perfect view and good opportunity to take an evening walk directly from the house. (We used it as a Nordic walking route - about 6 km long) The house has a very good room layout. Blinds on the windows would have been advantageous in hot weather. But the owners have promised that these will be installed soon. Another advantage would be a covered area outside (e.g. for outdoor seating). But that is criticism at a high level. The price/performance ratio is really good. Perfect for dog owners as there is a very large fenced garden. You can also tell that the owner is a dog owner. Everything has really been thought of. Even a deep-set bathtub to possibly wash the dog. We would love to come back.

Simply arrive, relax and feel comfortable. The house is superbly furnished and offers almost everything you need (a microwave is missing, but this is known). Everything is super clean, well-maintained, and you simply feel comfortable right away. The sauna in the house is great, but the cost per use (15€) is relatively high, even though this is of course due to rising energy prices. Dogs are currently allowed to stay for free, which may compensate for this :-) The only small downside, in our opinion, is the too small garden fence that separates the two properties, especially if a large dog lives in the neighbor's house. However, we were aware of this when booking, but it might be worth considering improving it if necessary. Otherwise, we can recommend the house without hesitation and are already considering booking it again, as the house, the quiet location, and the proximity to Denmark are really perfect. Super house, there is no reason to complain about anything. The highlight is a great sauna. Very well located with many excursion destinations in the area that can be reached quickly. Also in nearby Denmark, there are many places to explore, such as the island of Rømø with its great beaches. For us, 3 weeks of vacation are a must every year. We have already booked for next year. Anglers will also get their money's worth with many good fishing spots that are only recognizable at second glance. Furthermore, our dog also had a great holiday, falling dead tired into his box every evening to recharge for the next day.
