Very nice, high-quality and spacious apartment in a relatively new residential complex in the city center. Pedestrian zone and harbor are easily reachable on foot. Extremely quiet location. From the small balcony, you have a typical backyard view. The lack of wardrobes in the bedrooms and a separate toilet (especially when occupied by four people) and in our case a wrongly assembled sofa bed in advance result in deductions for the overall rating.

The Seapoint holiday apartment is tastefully decorated and everything is in very good condition. There was absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The location was ideal for us - only a few minutes to the market/harbor and a very nice restaurant right next door. A parking space for the car is right in front of the door. Controlling the heating requires IT knowledge, but we managed to adjust the temperature ;-) One point deduction is given for the really limited storage options; overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We felt at home in the "Seapoint" apartment! The apartment is very tastefully and high-quality furnished, as a welcome greeting fresh flowers were on the table and the fridge was filled with delicious drinks. The apartment is very well located in terms of transportation, you can reach almost everything on foot. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime.
