The apartment is well-equipped and very well-maintained. However, there are some negative points: - Due to the nearby street, the apartment is quite noisy, especially motorcycles, show-offs, and emergency vehicles disrupt the night's rest. Sleeping with the window open is not recommended - The large balcony is hardly usable without movable seating - The information on how to access the apartment needs revision: The apartment is not located in the house with the specified house number, but in the neighboring house; neither the specified apartment number nor the name of the apartment is on the doorbell or at the apartment door; instead, a foreign company name is displayed.

The technical issues with the house were quickly resolved. The terrace left something to be desired, there was no furniture available where meals could be taken, and the existing seating area was overlooked during cleaning. The seat cushions were full of water and due to the North Sea weather, they did not dry. The weather is what it is, perhaps the cushions should be stored in the apartment when they are completely dry.
