Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. An den Details merkt man, dass sich die Vermieter viel Mühe mit der Wohnung gegeben haben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

"Schmucke Stuuv" is the perfect name for this beautiful holiday apartment in an old, thatched Frisian house. The house is charming from the outside already, arranged with flowers and a cozy terrace. The apartment has been equipped by the Ries family with a lot of attention to detail. "Wie dehemm" we Saarlanders would say. We didn't miss anything and felt completely comfortable and welcome. The location is slightly outside the tourist centers, but wonderfully quiet. Whether beach visits or trips to Niebüll, Tönning, Seehundstation Friedrichskoog or Eidersperrwerk, many things were possible. From Rantrum, it's just a stone's throw to the town of Husum, which with its harbor and narrow streets invites you to take a stroll. It was nice that we could get to know the nice landlords. Thank you for the great holiday. We can definitely recommend the "Schmucke Stuuv." Thanks also to the team of "Ferien an der Nordsee" for the friendly and competent handling.

The charming holiday apartment is located in an old, beautifully restored Frisian house in a quiet location. The furnishings are very nice; we didn't miss anything. With the bicycles, you can quickly reach Husum, Nordstrand, or Friedrichstadt via the fields or bike paths. We will gladly come back! We spent our vacation week here during the "Modellregion NF" period, so our thanks also go to the very nice team of the Corona test center in the Hohle Gasse.

Very well-maintained house, some low ceiling beams are due to the age of the house, so be careful! The hosts are very pleasant people who also invited us for a little evening drink, very nice. A recommended house!!

"Schmucke Stuuv is such a complete vacation apartment where all details have been thought of. This is a passion of the owners Axel and Marianne Ries, who were currently present in the neighboring house. Very nice and attentive "neighbors". It was the vacation we had hoped for. The modern bathroom, the spacious living room and the excellent kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired! The landlords are also very friendly. Gladly again!

Even the most beautiful holiday comes to an end. We were able to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, experience nature close up, visit beautiful towns and take long walks. We were very happy to return to our "Schmucke Stuuv". This domicile has been lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail. A heartfelt "THANK YOU" for a really great holiday in your house!!!

We felt very comfortable. The flat was handed over clean and as described. We had the opportunity to meet the friendly landlords. Rantrum has a lot to offer, as does the surrounding area.

Beautiful, recently renovated accommodation in a very quiet location with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday. However, with children (or even more than 2 people) only limited recommendation, as the guest room cannot be darkened and the guest bed there (folded couch) is not completely flat, but the headboard remains angled. Unfortunately, the flat was not very thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, so it was quite dusty and there were also some cobwebs. The windows are also quite awkward to open/close, but maybe this mechanism is more common there.

The kitchen is very well equipped for hobby cooks. The bathroom offers pleasant comfort with its walk-in shower at ground level, spacious washbasin and high-quality materials (e.g. stone floor with underfloor heating). A sufficient supply of cosy soft towels, liquid soap in a practical dispenser and hairdryer are provided. The multimedia package (Spmart TV with Magenta TV option, multimedia radio) leaves nothing to be desired in case of bad weather and book poopers. The bedroom can be darkened well and is equipped with a spacious (box spring) bed with soft headboard. All useful information about the accommodation and the surroundings is clearly summarised in a folder. In addition, information folders are available. If you have forgotten your book, you will find a good selection of novels. There is a shopping possibility within a 10-minute walk from the holiday home. One point is deducted for the poor public transport connections (hourly bus).

Beautiful holiday flat, but not suitable for four adults. The sofa bed is ok for children at most. Despite announcing arrival with a toddler, no real children's equipment (crockery, cutlery, bed etc) available, so better advance information would have been nice.

Very friendly and extremely sympathetic landlords. The holiday home is more of a terraced end house than a holiday home, which increases the value of use even more! The location, the furnishings and the cleanliness do not show any deficiencies. The property with its inviting seating area was the successful finale every evening. I have stayed with my wife for much more money on holiday in much worse conditions!

A very nice holiday flat with a very well equipped kitchen! Very nice landlords who have lovingly furnished everything, which shows in little things (flowers, sewing kit, spare battery remote control, etc.). If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you! So, a repeat visit is not out of the question!

Cosy and tastefully furnished holiday flat as part of a very stylishly restored thatched farm. The hosts Axel and Marianne gave us a very friendly welcome and were always helpful. Very good starting point for cycling tours and excursions to the islands in the Wadden Sea and to the Eiderstedt peninsula. We will definitely be back!

The smart holiday flat is located in an old, beautifully restored Frisian house in a quiet location. The furnishings are very nice; we wanted for nothing. You can reach Husum, Nordstrand or Friedrichstadt quickly by bike via the field paths or cycle paths. We would like to come back again!
We spent our holiday week here during the time of the "Model Region NF", so our thanks also go to the very nice team of the Corona Test Centre in Hohlen Gasse.

A wonderful house under thatch, very clean and furnished to a high standard with everything you could want, including a larger number of fluffy towels, all kitchen utensils/utensils and a comfortable sofa, lots of flowers from the door (and a floral greeting and a bottle of wine on the table on arrival) and a deck for sitting outside. The short side of the house is on a road with hardly any traffic, so it is absolutely quiet and wonderful to sleep in. For the location 4 stars, which I refer to the place, since this offers no restaurants or the like, but of course this has nothing to do with the very friendly and helpful landlords, so please really only as a hint to understand that it is very quiet in Rantrum. Husum, Friedrichstadt etc. are only a few kilometres away by car, and cycling is a lot of fun because of the well-signposted routes. The "Schmucke Stuuv" is an absolute recommendation, as is the portal "Ferien an der Nordsee" with its good accessibility and extraordinarily nice staff. Thank you for a wonderful week, despite the bad weather.

This accommodation really deserves the name "Schmucke Stuuv". Situated a bit out of the way, but that's how it should be. The holiday started immediately after arrival with the owners of the house, who happened to be there at the same time. The flat is super equipped. We wanted for nothing. For us it was the first time to live under a thatched roof. We would book this accommodation again any time. We wish the owners and the rental company continued success in renting and maintaining the house.
