The farmhouse is divided into 2 flats. the holiday flat consists of a kitchen-living room with bathroom and sauna, as well as two bedrooms on the ground floor. it is designed for 2+2 persons.
The flat is equipped with a wood-burning stove, Miele kitchen, sauna and TV.
The flats have direct access to the terrace and the farm garden.
The holiday flat is rented out by the week.
The rental price is EUR 770.00 per week. a deposit of EUR 300.00 is payable at the time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid before taking over the holiday home.
The arrival and departure does not have to be on a Saturday.
The rental price includes bed linen, sauna towels, bathrobes and towels. washing machine and dryer are available in the separate household room. cleaning is done by the landlord after the end of the rental period.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets only on request.

Location and surroundings of object
In beautiful Schleswig-Holstein, between the towns of Husum and Friedrichstadt, lies the historic farmhouse of the Johannsen family. The thatched-roof house is located on a local road with hardly any traffic in Koldenbüttel, in the middle of the North Frisian Marsh and surrounded by fields and meadows. Here you are sure to find the peace and quiet you need to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Under fruit trees, between colourful summer flowers or in the herb bed, you can get a completely different idea at any time of the year and enjoy your time out.

The most popular excursion destinations include the historic harbour town of Friedrichstadt (5 km), the Theodor Storm town of Husum (10 km) and the Schlei town of Schleswig.
All three towns have their own charm and are definitely worth a visit.
Other attractions in the vicinity are the Emil Nolde Museum, the Schleswig-Holstein State Museum, the Viking Museum in Schleswig Haithabu, the Multimar Wattforum, the Tier-Westküstenpark and Robbarium as well as the North Frisian Halligen.
About 40 kilometres away is the seaside resort of St. Peter Ording with its kilometre-long sandy beach, the pile dwellings and the pier into the North Sea.
Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the seaside resort.
In the wave pool with leisure areas and sauna landscape, you can enjoy the view of the North Sea even in bad weather.
Directly near St. Peter Ording is our favourite bathing spot, Westerhever, with its well-known lighthouse from the commercials.
Both Friedrichstadt and Husum have a train station with direct connections to Westerland on Sylt.
The trains also transport your bicycles.
On a day trip to what is probably Germany's best-known island, you can explore List, Kampen or Hörnum and experience a relaxing holiday.

The country house has been in the family of the Johannsen family for 3 generations. The main flat is mainly used by us on weekends. The house has been renovated in several sections to a high standard. The farm garden is personally tended by the lady of the house. Old fruit trees complete the picture.
