Das Zimmer war überraschend großzügig, eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Sauber. Einzig die Lage zur Straße war nicht so schön, also laut. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre schön gewesen, um nicht Leitungswasser trinken zu müssen, wenn man außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ankommt. Wünschenswert wäre auch Antirutschstriefen o.ä. auf den Treppenstufen. Mit schwerem Koffer nicht ganz ungefährlich. Ansonsten bin ich dankbar, noch ein Zimmer bekommen zu haben !

The location ----------------------- The lodge is located near the shopping street and the harbor. Many restaurants can be easily reached on foot. However, if you are staying in rooms 1, 3 and 5 (which face the street), you should not be too sensitive to the noise level of the neighbors (pub opposite, hairdresser/barber [apparently a meeting point for young people]). The equipment ----------------------- As stated, all rooms are fully equipped and have their own bathroom, nothing is missing here. There is an additional toilet between rooms 3 and 4. In the basement there is a large communal kitchen with two refrigerators, two stoves and a dishwasher. From here you can access the courtyard, which is partially covered and offers many seating options. Special features ----------------------- You can easily park two cars in the courtyard, as long as the driveway is not blocked. Parking spaces are generally scarce here. Recommendations ----------------------- Christmas house, brewery, old town with shopping street, harbor.

It was very clean and modernized. The shower hose is broken. The old house has a lot of potential. The windows could eventually be replaced with beautiful wooden windows. The location on the ugly, noisy street is not so great.

We were already guests at Lodge am Oxenweg for the 2nd time in room 3. This time, too, we took advantage of the opportunity to prepare something to eat in the kitchen in between or to sit down for a glass of wine in the evening. The room's furnishings are functional but good. A few small things can be improved (for example, the showerhead was attached with adhesive tape because the screw was loose), but we overlooked that. Big, bright room, very comfortable bed. Everything is also within walking distance due to the central location. We will gladly come back!

Room 3 was perfect for our girls' getaway, we also really liked the kitchen and the courtyard seating area. However, the house is located on a quite busy street and the guests of the pub across the street like to celebrate loudly until the early morning hours.

We were able to arrive early and use the room in the afternoon. The courtyard is conveniently located with short distances to the communal kitchen. Great location! Key handover was friendly and uncomplicated.
