Durch die gegenüberliegende Kneipe entsteht eine teilweise unangenehme Geräuschkulisse, zumindest für die Zimmer zur Strasse. Eine angenehme Nachtruhe ist dann nur durch geschlossene Fenster möglich.

We traveled with 9 people in December 2021 to the lodge on Oxenweg. It is a really beautiful apartment. Nicely furnished, cozy. We all enjoyed the time very much. The only drawback: The apartment extends over four floors. Since it is an older building, the apartment has quite steep stairs. Not a problem for us, but possibly not quite as optimal for small children and older people. Otherwise, everything was great. The contact with the landlord was also excellent. Would love to come back :)

We had a very nice stay at the lodge. The location is perfect for exploring Husum but also as a starting point for excursions in the area. The kitchen equipment is more than sufficient for large groups. The rooms are very nice and super spacious. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket around the corner!

Unfortunately, there are no hooks for towels etc. in the bathrooms. And it is not very suitable for older or disabled visitors because of the many steep stairs. The five of us women, aged 60-70, barely made it and yet felt very comfortable.

We were in the Lodge on Oxenweg with 9 people in December 2021. It is a really nice apartment. Nicely furnished and cozy. We all enjoyed the time very much. We found a really beautiful, large house that is very centrally located in the center of Husum. All 5 rooms are very large and each has its own shower and toilet. We didn't use the living rooms / common areas, but the courtyard was perfect for a warm summer evening with a small grill party. The equipment and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. Top! The only thing is that the bar opposite had a party until the early morning hours on the weekend, so it wasn't really a quiet night for anyone with a light sleep. Nevertheless, we had a perfect weekend, which was partly due to the optimal care provided by Ms. Volquardsen. Thank you very much!

We spent wonderful days with our family in their house. Despite not so nice weather, we did a lot. The only disruptive factor is the restaurant across the street, which affects the holiday feeling on weekends. Otherwise everything was perfect. Regards, Liebeck Family

Perfect organization, great house, the rooms with the adjoining bathrooms are more than spacious, the beds including bedding are very good. The outdoor area (courtyard) is great, chairs, tables, beach chairs, loungers; direct access via outside stairs from the kitchen. Unfortunately, it is still cold in February. 2 cars can be parked in the driveway to easily reach the entrance door.

The house is great for a large group of people who know each other well! If you want to have a party in the house, you can push the tables together in the lower kitchen and have a dance floor. Noise won't bother anyone then. Speaking of noise, the house is located directly across from a pub with a lot of activity. If you sleep in one of the rooms facing the front, earplugs shouldn't be forgotten. We had a fantastic time at the Lodge am Oxenweg with 12 people and are impressed by the friendliness of the staff at "Ferien an der Nordsee"!

We spent a nice Pentecost weekend in the house. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space to stay. The only disturbance were the enormous amount of crows. In addition, the courtyard was a bit gloomy. All in all, we still had very nice days!

The house is wonderfully furnished and very cozy! All rooms have something special, the location is perfect right by the castle park (we had our dog with us) and the town is wonderfully accessible.
