Das Ferienhaus ist absolut klasse, großzügige Raumaufteilung und schöne Einrichtung. Insbesondere Schwimmbad/Saunabereich sind klasse, besonders für Kinder.

The house is very quiet, there was almost no fireworks on New Year's Eve. Overall, it leaves a good impression. Modernly furnished and the possibility to go from the living room to the pool... really great. But there are also a few negative points. There are no user manuals for any of the electrical devices (e.g. induction cooker, TV), not even for the sauna or heating, so you have to try. Almost all faucets are loose, in the pool shower one even comes towards you. The heating is unfortunately somewhat deficient, despite the caretaker fixing the problem. Cold in the bathroom, overheated in the bedroom.. The temperature did not change despite adjusting the controls. The residual waste bin was almost full, so we had to push it in. Unfortunately, the external staircase was very dirty, but the guest can handle a broom. There were no cleaning materials or bucket, not even for the fireplace ash, so it was not cleaned upon our arrival. However, we still had a nice time.

A beautiful house with interesting architecture. The wellness area is great, but would appreciate some touch-ups and new furniture. In the kitchen, new pans (the stove doesn't recognize the grill pan) and a large salad bowl would be great. Otherwise, we felt comfortable and the quiet location is of course pure paradise for city dwellers.

Everything as described with very minor flaws that can be overlooked. Since we were only two people, we didn't mind that there is only one bathroom that potentially needs to be shared by 6 people. Knowing this in advance, one can prepare for it. Highlight: Absolutely quiet location and of course the swimming pool/sauna area.

We were at the holiday home for the second time. Everything was perfect from the beginning, with the booking, the contact, all the information. The house is simply GREAT. Everyone was very satisfied, we will come back. THANK YOU!

A refreshing morning swim in the pool, breakfast, a walk through the woods and fields, sauna sessions on rainy afternoons, and evening conversations by the fireplace. A beautiful, spacious house with many extras. The contacts with the agency were quick and competent. The friendly caretaker, Mr. Langwasser, was very reliable. He also checked the quality of the pool water every day! We were able to meet the friendly owner, Mrs. Hansen, and had a great week in the oasis of well-being. Four adults, plenty of space! The pool and sauna are really great. The new windows are perfect and now allow good ventilation in the dining room. It's really a shame that the existing counter-current system is not offered!!!

Since we were only two people, it didn't bother us that there was only one bathroom that may have to be shared by up to 6 people. If you know this, you can prepare for it. We had a wonderful vacation for four in this great house. The caretaker and the team from Holidays on the North Sea are super nice and always took care of us immediately. Great house, great service.

An all-round successful place for a relaxed family holiday. Although on the one hand quiet, in a very rural location, on the other hand so centrally located that plenty of tours are possible on foot, by bike or by car. The handling of the booking and the on-site support were very good, wishes were possible and were fulfilled at short notice. The house itself and its equipment leaves hardly anything to be desired.we (6 adults, 1 baby) were satisfied all around.small drop of bitterness: in the living-dining area should be a direct ventilation possibility and the roof of the swimming pool should be cleaned. Otherwise, the general cleanliness was fine.

we spent a wonderfully relaxing week in Büttjebüll. The wellness area of the house is really unique. But also the equipment of the rest of the house leaves nothing to be desired. We would especially like to say hello to the really very nice and extremely helpful caretaker. Thank you again for your efforts.

We had the absolute perfect holiday here. The house is great and comfortably equipped. The positive things are of course the pool area, the sauna, the completely fenced and secluded garden and the luxurious living room. The beds are very comfortable and we felt at home from the first day. What we missed was a few more storage options or hooks for towels and bathrobes. The Dolby surround system is great, but very complicated and the manager couldn't help us with that either. But these were only small things that did not disturb the perfect dream house. Shopping facilities can be reached by car in a few minutes. We would like to come back and are looking forward to the next time.

We were there as a family to spend a quiet holiday together. The house makes a very good impression! It was very clean and has nothing to complain about except for small things. Pool area very large and spacious - looks very good and was a lot of fun! You could regulate the temperature in the house yourself. The handover of the house went smoothly - the contact could be reached reliably for questions. The only point that was not so satisfactory - the pans are not coated - but that is complaining on a high level! The place is very secluded and ideal for relaxing. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants can be reached within ~10min. We were all very enthusiastic!

Top house with everything you need. Unfortunately, some things were broken, such as the counter-current system in the pool or various light bulbs. For a house in the upper class, this is really unacceptable. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

We spent a fantastic week with our 5 year old grandson in this comfortable house. We found a tastefully furnished and extremely clean well-kept property. For us, the wellness area with the pool was a daily treat. The predominantly wooded surroundings with the many cycling and hiking paths are a balm for every stressed soul. A big thank you also goes to the extremely friendly and helpful caretaker.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday home very much. The pool area with sauna and large shower was the highlight, not only for our children, and we spent many hours in it. There is a small deduction for the defective dishwasher, as there were five of us on holiday, we had a lot to do with the washing up. In addition, the large, thick carpet in the living room was not thoroughly vacuumed, our baby who liked to crawl over the carpet always had long hairs on her clothes. Apart from that, the house was very clean. The whirlpool in the bathroom invites you to relax. The house is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The location is quiet and idyllic, the house is embedded in forest and meadows. Ideal for nature lovers and people looking for peace and privacy, yet shopping facilities or the nearest beach are only a few km away. We can only recommend this accommodation and will gladly come again.

This was the second time we had the opportunity to spend a short holiday in this great holiday home. As always, everything was to our complete satisfaction. The house is very clean, thumbs up to the cleaning team. The wellness area is great, we spent almost our whole holiday in it???? A big praise for the obliging support on site, a baby cot was organised for us at very short notice which I had forgotten to book before. The contact with the staff of the rental office and the caretaker was as always very friendly and helpful. A small drawback (for me) was the lack of Christmas decorations. A little Christmas atmosphere here and there would have been nice. All in all, a clear recommendation for this great house. The house makes a very good first impression. However, there are some things to complain about (especially in this price range). The house was cleaned. However, this did not seem to have been done directly before our arrival. So we had to vacuum away a lot of insect corpses and cobwebs. The furnishing leaves nothing to be desired. However, some parts are a bit outdated (sofa, table sets, sunbeds by the pool...). In the outdoor area, we would have liked to see cushions and a parasol for the chairs and sunbeds. When the sun is shining, black rattan furniture heats up so much that you can't sit on it. The location of the house is scenic. However, it is also very far away from the city centre. Nevertheless, it was a very nice holiday and we enjoyed our time very much.
