Welcome to Apartment Saska!
This new large apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, with 50 square meters of living space, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom.
The living room is a place to relax. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa (also ideal as a sofa bed, very large with a mattress) and satellite TV. The bedroom is a place of rest, with a large comfortable box-spring bed.

You have free WiFi here. Inside the apartment, two air conditioners ensure comfortable temperatures.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine, plus an additional machine for coffee capsules. The kitchen setup is new; the refrigerator and the oven are integrated into the cabinets. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery are all available. A dining table is also included.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. Enjoy the view of the coast and beaches from the balcony and relax. Enjoy the sunset in Medulin.

There is a parking space available for the cars at both apartments.

Location and surroundings of object

The house with the two apartments is located in Medulin, a charming town in Istria.
You can reach the beach in Posesi in about 2-3 minutes comfortably on foot. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can be reached via the beach promenade. There you will find a large number of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
In Medulin there are several supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine, and Konzum. There are also various bakeries for fresh rolls. Pula, with its large amphitheater and well-known weekly market, can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can simply take the bus and enjoy a stress-free ride without having to search for parking to and from Pula. (a bus stop is about 5 minutes away from the house)

If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked bike trails. You can also rent a bike locally if needed. From here, you can also easily and quickly start to the excursion areas of Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches, or to the coves of Liznjan, Sisan.
