Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is centrally located in the small, idyllic village of Banjole, in the Musoga area. We are here on the sunny southern tip of Istria only about 800 meters from the sea. Nearby, there is a supermarket, restaurants, and a cafe. If you go on a foray into the surroundings, you will discover a beautiful beach in Banjole as well as wonderful, small bathing bays, picturesque rocky outcrops and the crystal clear sea, in Pula, National Park Kamenjak or in Medulin with its sandy beach.
In the nearest surroundings - about 3 to 10 km away - there are various shopping facilities, restaurants, banks and post office. Many beautiful Mediterranean towns and villages. Charming landscapes, secluded, quiet bays, want to be explored by you.

Meduli, Banjole is located in the County of Istria, the westernmost Croatian county, which includes the largest part of the Istrian peninsula. The length of the coast is 445 km and with the islands 539,9 km. The westernmost point is Savudrija, while the southernmost point is near Premantura (Kamenjak).
There are "White", "Grey" and "Red" Istria. White Istria is around the mountain peaks, Grey Istria is a fertile land in the interior of Istria, and Red Istria (called red earth 'crljenica') is by the coast.
The climate is Mediterranean, very pleasant. Summers are dry and warm, with more than 10 hours of sunshine per day.
Places like the Baredine cave near Poreč or the underground river Foiba in Pazin are popular geological attractions. The quarry near Rovinj is particularly suitable for geological exploration.
