The holiday apartment is located in SPA ZONE 1 on the first floor of a three-family house. First floor in this house means the top floor, quiet on all sides. The garage and separate bicycle garage are located directly in front of the house entrance.
The 35m² terrace faces EAST-WEST. Morning sun greets the terrace as well as the living room and bedroom. A wonderful day can begin. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view towards Römerberg and the Neuenfels ruins. Looking east, you see the mountains in the direction of Schweighof in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park.
The center can be reached in 1 to 2 minutes on foot. In one minute on foot you reach the forest area with its well-marked beautiful hiking trails.
The location is IDEAL for spa, sports, city, and hiking enthusiasts.
From the apartment to the local mountain, the Blauen (1165m), and afterwards for relaxation to the Cassiopeia Therme (32°C) or to one of the beautiful beer gardens. The spa town of Badenweiler in the tri-border region of Switzerland - France - Germany on the sunny side of the southern Black Forest in the heart of the Markgräflerland.
1700 hours of sunshine per year, heavenly landscapes, mild healing climate, soothing thermal water, Baden cuisine and wines, Mediterranean flair and fantastic viewpoints. Badenweiler (400m) lies on the western slope of the Blauen (1165m). The community has 3800 inhabitants. The spa town offers everything that is required on vacation.
