The holiday flat is located in SHORT ZONE 1 on the first floor of a 3-family house. First floor means top floor in this house, quietness from all sides. The garage is directly in front of the house entrance.
The 35m² large terrace is oriented EAST-WEST. The morning sun shines on the terrace, as well as in the living room and bedroom. A wonderful day can begin. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view towards the Römerberg and the ruin Neuenfels. Towards the east, you look towards the mountains in the direction of Schweighof in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park.
The centre can be reached in 1 to 2 minutes on foot. In a minute's walk you reach the forest area with its well-marked beautiful hiking trails.
The location is IDEAL for spa, sports, city and hiking enthusiasts.
From the flat to the local mountain, the Blauen (1165m) and afterwards to relax in the Cassiopeia Therme (32C°) or in one of the beautiful beer gardens.
