Very nicely furnished apartment. Everything is there that you need in a vacation rental. Very well equipped. The handling of the rental is very professional and super organized. Even forgotten items are sent back as a matter of course, and the housekeeper informs you about it!

After we complained about the worn-out, shabby furniture and other unpleasant details during our stay in the apartment last year, we were very pleased to find appealing, new furniture and necessary renovations during our stay this year. We were thus able to fully enjoy our vacation in a completely appealing, great apartment, in a great location. Again and again! A small note: New furniture would also look good on the balcony.

Nicole Günther in February 2025 I was in the apartment with my little dachshund in February, and I find it ideal for 1-2 people. The location of the apartment is great, especially for dog owners, as you can reach the dog beach in 5 minutes. The apartment is tastefully and cozily furnished, and everything I needed was available. The seating area mentioned in the previous review was completely new and is even nicer than the one in the provided picture. The somewhat small bedroom did not bother me as an individual at all. The built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space and everything is very well thought out in the small apartment. Only the mattress did not meet my expectations, but such things are always very individual. I can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back again. Finally, I would like to thank the Sylt agency for their understanding after an initial misunderstanding. It was a very nice vacation.

The apartment is very nice and suitable for dog owners. The bench for the dining table group needs to be reupholstered. It does not match the image in the catalog; Sylt - he promised to fix the issue. Otherwise, very clean. The Sylt - he team is very customer- and service-oriented.

Beautiful, quiet, and cozy vacation apartment in a great location. Good equipment. However, the bedroom is very small. The couch, the furniture in the dining area, and the balcony are very worn out and partially defective.

The apartment has a great location! The size is perfect for two people. With four, it gets a bit cozy. We found the bedroom adequately sized, and there was plenty of storage space. The sofa bed in the living room is not an alternative to a bed in our opinion if you want to spend a week there as an adult. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were great. We would book again for two.

After 2017, we were guests for the second time. The apartment is still in TOP condition. Equipment and cleanliness are excellent. The quiet location is outstanding, as well as the very short distance to the beach, Kursaal, restaurants, and the bakery. The size of the apartment is ideal for two people.

Beautiful holiday apartment, good location, absolutely quiet except for some daytime air traffic. Nice furnishings. Unfortunately, the bedroom was much too small; it was barely possible to walk around the bed. Very impractical when you always have to climb over the other bed. The architect must have been asleep.

Great apartment, nicely furnished with many lovely maritime accessories. Perfect location. The only downside is that the bedroom is half a meter too short. However, that is manageable. We would have booked the apartment for next year immediately, but unfortunately, someone else was faster. The required contact and service from Sylt-ER was very friendly, quick, and reliable. The defective refrigerator was already replaced the next day.

Very nice, clean, well-maintained and comfortably furnished holiday apartment with loving details, with a balcony that can be used well, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping facilities, yet a quiet environment. Car parking in front of the house, bicycle storage directly in front of the entrance. We particularly liked the counter between the kitchen and dining area. We would book this apartment again at any time.

This tasteful flat is centrally located. In the bedroom, the space to reach the back bed is tight, but where there's a will there's a way. I felt very comfortable there and will definitely come back.
