Ist bei gehobenem Komfort der Zustand des Geschirrs nicht wichtig? Viel angeschlagen, fehlende Butterdose. Die Wohnung selbst ist top, die Lage und der Ausblick durch nichts zu ersetzen.

Lage top!!! Der Blick auf das Meer großartig. Der Balkon sollte gestrichen werden, macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr abgenutzt und sollten baldigst ersetzt werden. Innenausstattung ist gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer müsste gestrichen werden (Bohrlöcher in den Wänden etc.).

Sehr schöne Wohnung, stilistisch stimmig eingerichtet, Geschirr sehr unvollständig und beschädigt, keine Butterdose, keine scharfen Messer, fehlendes Geschirr für die Mikrowelle, äußerst spärliche Bereitstellung alltäglicher Haushaltsartikel (Toilettenpapier, Küchenhandtücher, Spülmittel)

Wohnung ist ok. Vermietung gut organisiert. Das man erst ab 16 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen kann ist nicht optimal gelöst

The location of the apartment is optimal. The equipment is basically okay, but there is room for improvement in the kitchen: Only one of the three indirect lighting fixtures was working, and even then only weakly. A lid for the frying pan would be good. Otherwise, improvisation is necessary if a spatula, salad utensils, and a small cutting knife are missing.

A wonderful unobstructed lake view compensates for the uninviting and very unpleasant smelling hallway. The location of the apartment is great. However, the dishes are still very worn out. The balcony furniture is also very weathered and unfortunately cannot be adjusted anymore. The electrical appliances will be replaced soon according to information. Attention! the entrance to the underground garage is very steep and cannot be driven with a bicycle carrier on the towbar :-( Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the sunsets on the spacious balcony very much.
