Ideal location, premises okay, unfortunately the pillows in the bedroom are not ideal, a desirable alternative would be smaller pillows!

Ideal apartment for 2 (!) people (no fold-out bed in the living/kitchen area); spacious living/dining room area with kitchen niche; perfect lighting system (many different lights); sea view standing up is perfect (one floor higher you have a proper sea view even sitting down);

The apartment impresses with its sea view. Both the apartment itself and the interior of the building show renovations that have a positive effect. The furnishings, especially the dishes, could use an update; however, the drawbacks in the furnishing are balanced by the great proximity to the beach.

Is the condition of the dishes not important with elevated comfort? Much worn, missing butter dish. The apartment itself is top-notch, the location and the view are irreplaceable.

A wonderful unobstructed lake view compensates for the uninviting and very unpleasant smelling hallway. The location of the apartment is great. However, the dishes are still very worn out. The balcony furniture is also very weathered and unfortunately cannot be adjusted anymore. The electrical appliances will be replaced soon according to information. Attention! the entrance to the underground garage is very steep and cannot be driven with a bicycle carrier on the towbar :-( Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the sunsets on the spacious balcony very much.
