The location is great and the amenities are good. That's why we have been booking the apartment for years. However, many things have aged: The beds are completely worn out and the sofas are sagging, the refrigerator has been having problems for a long time and should be replaced like the dishwasher. In this condition of the apartment, the price-performance ratio is no longer right.

Overall, a nice apartment, which in our view has become very worn down and would require a lot of work. Mattresses are sagging, the bathroom is old, the kitchen is old, and the refrigerator, for example, doesn’t close properly anymore, open cables are lying around, and baseboards are falling off. However, the location is great.

The accommodation and care from the Sylt-ER team was great. We had the situation that the owners of the other apartments were present and they apparently did not like having foreign vacationers in the house. The parking situation was constantly criticized because their "large" vehicles no longer had enough space due to our car. Additionally, things were always being searched for, like "the door closes too loudly" or one was going up and down the stairs too often. (There is quite a lot to pack when leaving.) Otherwise, we were very satisfied.
